    The fact that Poch isn’t even being considered to get sacked after drawing against Burnley (19th) and Sheffield (20th) in the span of three games just shows how low the standards at the club have dropped since Abramovich left. There is absolutely no chance Abramovich would have let Poch stick around this long 27 points off top spot.

  • @chuckles471
    @chuckles471 Před měsícem +1

    The trouble with Sterling wasn't that he wasn't scoring for City. It was the amount of chances he missed.
    That was why he was let go at City. And with Chelsea he looks terrible because he isn't getting 10 chances per game he was getting for city.
    Haaland has shown, put somebody who can finish on that City team and they will get 30+ goals even in a bad season. So saying sterling was scoring 20 + goals for City isn't that great, especially at the end of his City career where he was used as the main replacement for Aguero.

      Lol if Luton all of a sudden spent a billion I’d agree. Chelsea literally won the champions league then spent a billion on their squad. Theres no excuse.
      Chelsea lacking identity and that doesn’t take time. I seen spurs identity after 1 game with Ange. I seen Brightons identity after 1 game with Roberto. I seen Newcastle’s identity after 1 game with Howe. I seen Wolves identity after 1 game with O’Neil. I seen Villas identity after 1 game with Emery….. and the list goes on.

  • @samtyrrell4488
    @samtyrrell4488 Před měsícem

    The main reason these players aren’t all flourishing like Cole palmer is because they are young and have potential. To fulfil that potential most young players need to be brought in with experienced players around them to build alongside them and eventually take over from them in time depending on what their potential is.
    When you buy 20 players under the age of 25 they have no experienced player to look up to or to guide them when the s**t hits the fan, when you look back at the league cup final all those kids klopp trusted had VVD, endo, macalister and even though he's still a kid but Elliot there to guide them and lift them up. Chelsea had none of that they had inexperience everywhere and no leaders or experience to prop them up and make them feel more confidence. I’ve played semi-pro rugby and felt that lift knowing there’s an older more knowledgeable player next to me to guide me when the adrenaline is pumping or you’re knackered, just somebody offering that encouragement and advice is priceless. Chelsea are sorely lacking this and need to bring that to the squad if they want to see the best of these potential stars.

Enrique was first choice..he was in London and said no, Nagelsmann was second choice again he was in London and he also said no. Clownlake have destroyed Chelsea by buying average championship players on 8 year deals, all way above there pay packet, a lot of them footballers are laughing all the way to the bank. Most are on 100K a week, when he reality they should be on the stokes and Sunderland’s wages (5/10K a week) poor poor players. Poch is extremely fortunate that United fell apart in extra time. Because dropping points to both Burnley and Sheffield United in a span of three games is inexcusable. Poch’s job should be on the line if Ten Hag’s job is on the line. Injuries are not an excuse for Chelsea. United have had more injuries than both Chelsea and Newcastle yet are ahead of both teams. Getting tired of the double standards being used by pundits to cover sides even tho I don’t support Man Utd.

    • @liberalslayer7220
      @liberalslayer7220 Před měsícem

      For one Manchester United has had a lot less injuries than Chelsea and Newcastle have had. Newcastle have had the most injuries and Chelsea has had the most injury numbers of players missing from 10 games or more. Maybe the fact that the Manchester United game was only the second time this season that Chelsea had been able to play an unchanged team is a huge indication of the problems that have plagued them. Manchester United have been responsible for the worst number of defeats of a top 6 team this season and the worst performance of an English club in the champions league. This is the first year of a project that is a total rebuild of the squad and they have had some of the best performances of the season in the games against the top ten teams in the league and have been very unlucky and some horrendous mistakes in the games against the other teams that have cost us a lot of points.

      I think you miss the point. Its not about spending, it's about spending right. True Football is not a Video game. Wise decisions are paramount.

    Chelsea has a world class manager, excellent players and the people upstairs have started to figure things out, so it is onwards and upwards for Chelsea, remember a lot of people expected Chelsea to fold after Roman Abramovitch left.

    Don't ever forget how Chelsea fans were jumping with joy for spending most in the transfer window. You deserve to be where you are.

    Not even close for ridiculous and being mental . That award goes to ''Glasgow'' Celtic . Yesterday they were told they would soon be having to pay millions to 20, yes 20 former youth players who were sexually abused at Celtic . What do they do ? Take ownership ? Issue an apology and assure they will deal with this for the victims ??? No - No they write to the SPFL asking for ''clarification'' on a penalty VAR awarded on Sunday . Add into that they sing about the IRA every week and have a weird , weird obsession with wanting to be associated with palestine . Despite having ZERO to do with anything or anyone connected . Infact ..... thats not true - they recently abused and bullied one of their ''star players'' Liel Abada and forced him out of their club . His crime ? Being Israeli .
    So yeah , Chelsea don't even come close and thats just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to ''Glasgow'' Celtic.

    Blows my mind that talksport give helmets like him and goldbridge airtime. So out of touch with reality. Chelsea have spent a billion pound it’s really not that bad. There are owners out there that have literally ran clubs into non-existence and crippled them with debt to the point they can’t even afford to sign a player on a free. Give your head a wobble
