2,5-bar boost, 8500rpm rev limit, 15deg spark angle, ethanol fuel.

@@A4B5Turbo Was quite funny to see it die on the bang to be fair. I'm hoping to do a B5 1.8tq build myself in the upcoming year but unfortunately there's literally none for sale at the moment. Keeping myself occupied watching awesome builds like yours.
@@danoontjeh123 Yeah, 4-puck clutch & SRE pressure plate does the job. Hits pretty hard at high rpm gear shift. 01A won't survive that 2-3 gear change with this clutch setup (tested).
1.8TQ B5's are rare in my country too, especially in good condition..
@@danoontjeh123 Also you can try search for 2.8TQ B5's and swap to 1.8t. They have same subframe like S4 B5, which uses same gearbox mounts on both sides (will be easier installing poly mounts). Also they have same front shafts like in S4 B5 (they have bigger splines comprared to 1.8t B5's)

So, I've got a question. I have a built 1.8 that cranks but won't start. I drove into town prior to that happening and was getting full boost in 5th with the tiniest bit of throttle. Once I got into town and went to pull the car into the bay, the car wouldn't start again

Thanks! I think yes. Friend has 60mm wastegate also with screamer pipe and it has a bit different sound (lower tone).
@@A4B5Turbo i guess small sized wastegate 38-44mm will sound more high pitched than a 60mm ? That’s a interesting debate 😂
mine is 44mm and it sounds very throaty and deep

@@mpower5177 In my country is not allowed to drive catless too, but I still do 🤣 My car did not seen technical inspection for 4 years. Cops took me down many times already for that, but didn't fined me yet. I said to them, that I just rebulit my engine and it needs break-in, before technical inspection.

Doesn't drive or even sound close to 500hp. 🤨
You should get dyno eyes & ears calibrated then. I wanna see how you get 6,9sec 100-200 with below 500hp.
I want to see a car claiming to be 500+ hp actually behave like a 500+hp car....
It gets along like any other KO3 with mods, I can't see 500+hp here.
