my fingers are cut up from that curved screen disassembler. Since the screen I was replacing was shattered all over and I couldn't get a suction cup on it I went in from the middle top where I think is the speaker. I had that phone so freaking hot and it wouldn't budge one bit not even with alcohol. I got it open though from the top.
