Thanks. Never thought about storing bbq in trailer and setting up on tail gate.
It's pretty common when you go to BBQ competitions.
Could use that for competition and just normal camping.

Nice job on the trailer!! the only tip I would add (and I am sure you do it already) is carry a cordless impact to make setting the corner jacks faster and easier. I cook under All About The Q and hope to meet y'all along the trail some day.
YES!!! That is a good tip!!! We do use a cordless drill to set the corner jacks. The Jacks that we have came with a connection that did not fit my impact driver.

Are you cooking on drums? Where do you keep the cookers when traveling?
We put 2 in the back of the truck and strap 2 in the trailer in the "kitchen" area.
What size is this trailer? Im looking to build one this year and I like the layout!

I hired a local graphics company to make the large decals. There are a bunch of places around here that will do it. Search out a company near you that will do commercial vehicle wraps.

Did you have a toilet in there.
No toilet, most competitions have toilets. Some teams use a potable camping toilet.
