My First BBQ Competition Ep. 5 | Packing and Setup at the Fair

In this episode pack everything I will need for the competition, load it up on the trailer and head to the fair. I manage to set up camp myself while Amanda is at home waiting on a package that needs to be signed for. Despite her late arrival we manage to get the pork butts injected just fine and the meat on the Rec Tec right on schedule. The 2016 Wilson County Fair is the location for my first competition. I am competing against David, the two-time reigning champ, and I make some bold predictions.
