Because Fever was actually in first place on the ladder when this game begun. Fever went straight from finals to grands while Vixens went through Semis.
@@Lucifer_hazbin688 ok i guess i remembered wrong but i thought Vixen actually were on top and the minor premiers and thought the higher placed team get home games

@@soapfan No worries! I attended the game live but decided to rewatch it recently. But I think that’s what I remember anyways. Because I think the preliminary finals were played in Melbourne. Because in the Semi-Finals Fever won.

You can hear the jealousy in Catherine Cox’s voice towards Kumwenda in this match, like girl you had matches that never went in your favour but no one chatted 💩 about you, you can’t even match up with kumwenda skill level BYEEEeEEeEae!!!!!
