Was definitely better with the bigger prop! Hearing back I think it was only running on 2 cylinders when on the water, a check of the spark plugs revealed cyl 1 & 2 were sooty and 3 & 4 oily, need to have a look and see why that is. No , don’t be sorry! The bigger prop run was so much better after watching it a few times. Think I will make a few props up and try them, also I should get some new spark plugs too and see @@tasrc

Found an almost identical water pump here in my box of old electric motors , doesn’t have the plug though.I think I’ll run it from the starter motor battery instead@@tasrc

I was thinking it wasn't running on all cylinder as well. Sorry I have fixed "Vicki".
