Yes, the 1911 absolutely does make an appearance. Badger goes super hard in this one and I had an absolute blast watching this. So yeah the Quest 2 doesn't require Facebook anymore. It does require a meta account. Facebook, instagram, and the Quest 2/Oculus all fall under meta. But they're still separate. Like you can have oculus without Facebook or Instagram and that falls under your meta account.
I have a quest 2, and got it before that change was implemented. I definitely enjoy it. I initially bought it as a stand in for airsoft when the fields were closed due to rona, and didn't have a vr ready computer

You're good on copyright for Entry of the Gladiators. It's generally anything before 1926 or 70 years after the author's death. Entry of the Gladiators came out in the 1890s, so you have nothing to worry about.

To answer your question kip, I believe they announced in an update that you wouldn't need a Facebook account to log in to your oculus stuff... If I'm remembering correctly

Songs from the 1940's, however are NOT public domain and won't be for another 20+ years. If it was made over a century ago, then it's public domain. Closer than that? Presume it's owned by someone.

I know this is a bit of an older video, but does the Quest just need a Facebook account? Like do I have to keep using it or pay a monthly thing, can I just have an account?
I've heard back and forth on it to be honest.
If anything I'll just buy a Valve index if I get into VR, the Facebook/Meta situation has soured me on Quest.
