I still feel that Rukkha, Makoto, and Egeria were pro-Khaenriah. (the only ones who died during the cataclysm)
Egeria was holding the main escape in Sumeru;
Rukkha was trying to fix the lie in Irminsul; Nahida not yet alive.
Makoto in Khaenriah guiding the escape.
Ei was uninformed becuase Makoto knows the consequences.
Tsaritsa only knew the lie after the incident, when Celestia was sleeping.
Venti and Zhongli were torn between helping Khaenrians vs. duty to Celestia.

There was someone who took charge of the escape and got burned in his face on the spot of a black sludge. Probably a Snezhnayan Noble who adopted the culture of Inazuma.
Furina seems more like a lapdog of Celestia, with the whole of Fontaine.

Venti was sleeping during the cataclysm and only woke up in the middle of it to help Dvalin fight Durin. Venti didn't have anything to do with Khaenri'ah itself.

Rewatching this, I remember someone playing the chess game thag Pierro played. During the start, the white side [celestia] had a 99.7% chance of winning until the pawn, representing signora was defeated ultimately making celestia's chance of winning 0. So, could this mean Signora wrote the defeat of celestia?

I don't think Yae Miko is a traitor but more like from some method she knows Fatui and the Tsaritsa's plan, therefore she choose to play a part in the game (by giving the Gnosis)...For some reason I don't think things will go that smoothly in the end of our journey, mihoyo is well known to have the patience and pleasure to knit out a great story but in a way that teases players' hearts (like you get stuck into an emotional turmoil in the end, just look at lore in Honkai Impact 3) it's possible that we be friends with Fatui and Tsaritsa, but I feel like we might f sth up during the process...just pure guessing tho. Looking forward to what will happen 2 years from now 🤔

Regarding the whole 500 year wait for the Gnosis hunt thing, I think there’s two possible explanations:
1. The Fatui have been waiting for each of the current Archons to decrease in power enough to the point that they can directly challenge them and/or get the jump on them in an unprepared state.
2. The whole “Rebel against the Heavens.” plot is a fairly new development in the organisation’s history. It’s possible that, once many moons ago, the Fatui used to be a group of oppressed activists who wanted to overthrow corrupt establishments and spread the Tsarista’s message of love throughout Teyvat. In that regard, they’re looked down upon by others because they’re methods of doing this are quite extreme and often result in a lot of people getting hurt and a lot of property damage (some of the more corrupt Harbingers like Dottore, Scaramouche, Sandrone and Pantalone having their own agendas and motivations that often result in them dismissing morality probably didn’t help the organisation’s image). Once the Tsarista realised that humans would always find an excuse to commit atrocities even with the Gods gaze alway being on them, she turned her attention to Celestia and identified them as the problem and cause behind the continued suffering in Teyvat.
How the fuck did she get to that conclusion? "humans suck, so it's Celestia's foult" that's just stupid
Khanrieah tried to become the loom of fate and hence punished. Now what is loom of fate ?. We all know the history and all future actions can be controlled in teyvet ,so khanriens tried to escape it and become more like decenders , not affected by any changes. This is called the loom of fate. It means they knew about the imposter and tried to run away from there chains of fate selected by the imposter
yes this is probably the simplified verison of that operation
A last man of the Snezhnayan Noble(Possibly a Snezhev) who is descendant of the founder(Former Snezhev Clan Head) creates a resistance to stop the plans of Tsaritsa from being succumbed to the Abyss or Void.
Bro that Pierro walk was💀idk why whenever I watch The Winter's Lazzo,the aura and energy of me being in the same room with harbingers makes me feel so nervous. Even most if the camera shots are taken like that we are sitting besides them. It feels depressing and so intense.
I've always thought the Fatui were odd. Like when you start the game they just seem like the generic bad guys but after awhile it seems strange that they collect the Gnoses and the Archons or more or less ok with it. If they were really that important you would think that the Archons would put up more of a fight or go after the Fatui once they have taken it. I could totally see us working with the Fatui or the Tsaritsa later on in the game. Maybe she needs us to attune with the 7 elements and then will give us the 7 Gnoses to use for some reason like open up the gateway to celestia with the 7 Elements or Light power we had before.

That was a requirement before he would give it up, but the actual contract and what he's getting from the transaction is a secret. During that conversation when you ask for details he just says it's between him and the cryo archon - tsaritsa. It very well could have been that it had to be used for taking on Celestia given his beliefs on it being the human era.

2:10 Khaenri'ah was not that old, they didn't exist in the great calamity times... they were a pretty new civilization compared to others like Liyue and Sumeru, their sin was committed when they reach the forbidden knowledge 2 times, the first one to build their energy system, and the second when they discovered the truth about the world in Enkanomiya, which could line up with your theory.
It's stated that Khaenriah was being built when sal vindagnyr was falling apart after the nail fell on it after the great calamity

Signora was invited to the Fatui 500 years ago, Dottore was already part of the organization more than 400 years ago, and theres scaramouche who's joined shortly after. I dont know about the rest tho

Maybe Celestia can't act because the Heavenly principles is asleep, without her they can't do anything. Since she's a weapon to easly "destroy" their enemy, without her and the archons, they might be weak, but since Venti, Zhongli, Tsarista might be allies, it pust them in a diffilcult position. Since the Tsarista will in possession of all the gnosises, Celestia doesn't want to attack her because she can destroy them and break their rules controling Teyvat. That mean if they are using all of them at the same time to destroy Celestia / Heavenly principles, they will overthrown the imposter and take controle of Celestia.
We don't really know much about the Gnosises and their real utilities aside of powering up the archons and controling Tevyat. They might be the key to open the door of Celestia and letting us in because if you remember, Venti can't even fly there by himself, he need the gnosis power to get acces. My only guess is that at the end, we will kill the Heavenly principles and take controle of Celestia, but the catch is the Abyss, by taking controle of Celestia, the abyss / forbidden knowledge will take over Teyvat and it might be the end of the world. Because Celestia is like a giant pillar to prevent the catastrophy of the abyss / forbidden knowledge but we don't know that right now.
We will see but we are close to the end, in almost 2-3 years we will have our answer of what's happening.

But you don't include the lore from nahida's second story quests. In that story, according to Apep, the second who came is the Dragon King Nibelung, who brought the 'forbidden knowledge' then fought and eventually defeated by Celestia. And maybe he become the Sinner. And according to lore of desert artifact (i forget the name 😂). Celestia doomed ancient civilization with the nail because the corruption of forbidden knowledge

It would also make more sense for the hilichurls (pasy Khaenriahns) to bow to their king. And the shape of the Sinner looks identical to the shape of the statuette that the shadowy husks hold so dearly which are made in the likeness of King Irmin. Tsaritsa is Bronya. It was stated before in Childe's banner, later got changed. my theory is that Bronya lost someone dear to her (could be seele) bc of the wrath of celestia and shes trying to overthrone heavenly principles which was mentioned a lot throught the story but i dont think she desires to inherit the throne. i think she just wants what was stolen from her back so the seat of god will probably reserved for the traveler.
As for the miko u can see in her skill desc. that she is a sky kitsune thus she can see everything happening in inazuma

To be honest, im not really a believer of the theory that the twins are shades, because the twins came to teyvat for the first time and they didnt know anything about this world. Well one theory that i thought about is that the twins and the primordial one came from the same world, considering the fact they have wings, associated with stars and can control the light element
