Thank you Chloe, i still cant believe the time i did. i was just going for 3:50 but i guess the whole day turned out perfectly and my whole body felt great at the time of running. i just have to remind myself that the effort of training you put in is the way you get your times out on the course. i am so glad my dad was there to help me out at the end after the finish line to help me get myself back to normal.

thank you buddy, yes it was a wonderful day and also the run was unreal. i cant believe the time i ran. i was going for a 3:50 and ended up with 3:40 which was mental. 19 mins off the old PB is crazy but i guess this is what happens when you actaully train properly and i put my mind to it.

Well done! You've got to be happy with a personal best. How great that you got to run parts of the course with your dad. How did he do?
I was so happy with that. it was the best marathon (out of 7) that ive done. i iguess the training effort i have put in i got out on the day, it was so great to spend the first 9/10 miles with him until he told me to push on. im glad he was there to help me at the end after the run as i didnt take on enough fluids.

thank you so much. my dad finsihed in 3:46. ive had it on and not taken it off for about 20 years. i dont know if you can see but i wore a Yellow pin to in support of all those hostages who havent been returned
