    Saket, I'm uncertain if you'll see this comment, but I recommend creating a dedicated playlist for making diet food. This playlist would include meal plans and a variety of dishes to avoid eating the same food every day. While you already showcase food in your videos, I suggest producing a single weekly video consolidating the meals for the entire week. I am commenting this on every video, hope you will not be irritated

    I started gym 1 month ago although i was doing it since one year but never consistent but this time i went for consistency and hardwork and luckily i am now achieving my dream physique and i also gained 2 kg weight just because of you Saket sir , sir you are my god you are my bhagwan i always end up getting better results just because of you bhagwan.....

      @@bniteshgehloth5834 its not about which exercise do you do , just stick to any of the exercise, but the main thing is that you have to master it and train till failure and increase wait just after you feel comfortable with the current weight and the most most most important thing is diet bro if you are not following it then srry bro it doesn't work like that you have to break muscles repair, break repair break repair this is how it works i reached 100 kg squat i was on 60 one and a half month before i used to increase weight just after i feel comfortable with that

    AFTER FOLLOWING SAKET THE PHYSEQUE I GAIN IN 2 MONTH WAS 40-50% OF THE 6 MONTH WORKOUT.
    IT IS ALL ABOUT THE KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNIQUES IT HELP ME A LOT KEEPING 1% MENTALITY IF THIS WHAT I GAIN IN 2 MONTHS THEN WHAT I WILL BE IN NEXT 4 MONTH
