  • In this video I give a brief summary of how I use my Minn Kota Trolling motor to fish bridge pilings in heavy currents.

Very good advice! I have learned the same, and wonky is a good description when fishing the lower spans.

Awesome video , great boat control that not too many CZcamsrs addressed. Very helpful to sheephead fishing. 😊

Same boat..same setup and we were literally just discussing how you probably do this the other day. Good video 🇺🇸〰️🦅

Great instructional video that should prevent some boat owners from beating their boats up on those bridge pilings.

Yeah best advice is to go ahead of your spot then hit spot lock. She will definitely drift back. Also being on that side of the piling gives you the ease of simply unlocking the motor when fighting a fish or to close to piling and drift out away. Good video bud.

I love how you slanged switched the "bow" of the boat to the "nose" of the boat, The Nose sounds so much "Gangsta" to the ear😂😂😂😂 Great Video. Keep it up Brother

Jesse, can you review the weight of the bottom sweeper jigs and their hook sizes that you are typically using at the CBBT? Thanks. Larry Cooper

Good advice…fish mostly fresh water lake with no real current love spot lock but it suck when no wind or anything to keep the boat into one direction…so u still need anchors if you don’t want back of boat to swing all over

Hi Jesse. We are 2.5 hours inland, but have a SOMEWHAT flexible schedule. What weather app and/or forecast is most reliable for you, specifically to get 2 days notice of favorable fishing conditions? Keep up the good work man.

Is it common knowledge that the MK TM loses its GPS signals? That seems like something MK would make sure wouldn’t happen.

How many feet should the fishing poles be to reach the pilings?
