The Mechanist's Lair Settlement Build - Fallout 4

Finally I make a Mechanist's Lair Video.
No "Free" Mods used although I used some Creation Club content
Note: I forgot to mention in the video that i placed 300 mutfruits in the workshop for the settler to eat. The Slocum Joe Job is only for Happiness :)
