Hello! Welcome to The Means of Seduction.
How do you perceive people based on their voices, and what matters most to you when listening to someone else speak? Have you noticed any unique ways people react to YOUR voice? Do you often receive compliments for your voice, or hear complaints over the tones or speeds of your normal speaking voice? What vocal qualities do you find seductive? Have you ever intentionally altered specific qualities of your voice around certain people? For what reasons? Food for thought.
Feel free to share your thoughts below.

Apparently I don’t speak loud enough, for some to fast and for others to slow. People also hear way to much seriousness in my voice and don’t know when I am making jokes.

Yess I often receive compliments on my voice. Most of them are.. your voice is attractive, your voice is sweet and you speak very politely , but I speak a lot😅 so may be thats why I am not able to seduce any specific one.
P.S. I love your videos a lot. They are very unique and informative. Some people seduce like a pro but we didn't get to know how. But now everything is clear because of you. 🥰Please keep making these video. 🤍😊

I work in a call center and get many compliments which is strange. I am intentional with a slow ( like I'm woosy or slightly high) but the weird part is I have a slight lisp and a high voice ...... but somehow they all say my voice is angelic or sounding exhilarating.

Most humans typically breathe wrong - lifting the chest and shoulders, essentially “top down” breathing when it is more or less supposed to be “circular.” You breathe in a 360 degree circle around your body, not top down, allowing for more air and less anxiety (breathing short is a part of fight or flight.) Every child will breathe correctly, but around the age of 5 is when variances occur, likely due to school. You see children enter an average 13-16 hours a day sitting, and they develop unhealthy habits to the small things like breathing.

As someone who’s a practitioner of communication there are so many variables to consider to make a proper impact. I’ve come to realize that communication is 80% listening and 20% speaking in a way that’s understood by both parties. You have to have a purpose and be genuine in your intent. Is it a coincidence that I only just discovered the meaning of the word, “cadence” in a book today I was reading? It’s great to see you upload, Narrator, this instalment definitely exceeded my expectations!! Although these tips are valid and I would say instinctive on a certain level, they can be difficult to apply when you actually end up in these social circumstances, due to nerves or general situational awkwardness. I also think one of the best tips to apply in these endeavours, is to mimic the verbal and physical mannerisms of the person you’re with, even subtly- or to blink slowly when maintaining eye contact, especially when the other person is speaking, not just to combat fatigue, but to indicate attentiveness and comfort in company or surroundings. In cats, blinking slowly is used to gain trust, which I thought was interesting.

Kiera! Hello and welcome back! I hope all is well. I’m happy to see you here in the comments and grateful to know you’ve stuck with the channel.
Yes, absolutely! I agree that mimicry is a subtle way to earn someone’s trust in conversation, and usually it lessens their discomfort to recognize similar phrases or body posture in the other person. I learned through trial and error that sometimes it really is worthwhile to camouflage and chameleon my way through conversation with particularly nervous or sensitive people. Before, I took such pride in my self-presentation that I thought it would be a disservice to reduce myself in any way that would not be “authentic”, then I realized this social game requires a certain degree of ego-displacement so as not to bulldoze over certain types of people. I realized, often, I just need to quiet down, nod, and collect data from the other person - effective seduction rarely seems to be about showing yourself off, it’s more about learning as much as you can about the target and leaving them with very little about yourself. I learned to save myself (my genuine self) for the few trusted people I know genuinely care about me, and that only giving concealed bits of myself to others was a good way to not only conserve privacy and intimacy but also emotional energy. Mimicry is a great way to calm someone so they almost don’t notice when you finally start speaking in your own voice and not with theirs.
Also, interesting tidbit about cats! Thanks for sharing that and thanks for watching and commenting. Take care!

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🗣️ Most speakers have faults, some do's and don'ts are presented.
01:22 🎙️ A seductive voice is pleasant, powerful for persuasion; focus on resonance and cadence.
02:02 🗣️ Resonance enriches vocalization, projects depth, captivates listeners' minds.
03:25 🌬️ Slow, sustainable breaths, open mouth, relaxed jaw create resonant speech.
04:21 📢 Resonant voice feels good, emotions impact, leaves lasting fondness.
05:17 ⏸️ Pause for impact, let intentions reverberate, engage target's mind.
06:14 🎶 Cadence is rhythm, crucial for effective speech; seducers control emotions.
07:54 🗣️ Unregulated emotions affect speech quality, seducers maintain composure.
09:18 🔇 Seducers master rhythmic speech and silence, calculated cadence.
10:29 🎤 To be a seductive speaker, observe, learn, practice; embrace silence.

Why am I only now realizing how the word "seducer" could be replaced with "singer songwriter" and it still makes perfect sense?!
This video is so meaningful for a songwriter who has been searching for his voice for decades and wants to do it right once and for all. I'm so glad CZcams algorithms took me right here to a video I really needed to hear!
Moreover, thank you to those responsible for the video content. I'm now informed as to what a singing voice needs to do. Not nasal. Resonance! It's where we hear the soul in Sade and the smooth personality of Mike Patton when he's at his best.

This made me realize that I sometimes do the opposite of what is recommended here. If I am in a situation in which genuine empathy & connection are what's called for (& maybe I'm coming across a bit too confident & know-it-all-y), I adapt my speech/breath patterns to allow for more emotion & more variation in cadence. Years of public speaking have given me a fairly resonant voice, so I'll dial that back a few notches, too.
Sometimes I spook myself with this stuff! All you would-be seducers out there -- use your powers for good.😇

I have become irritated at my voice lately and have been figuring out a way to change the way I speak. Not in a way that would be unnatural to me, but rather in a way that would be more fluid, slow and alluring. When I'm around people, I for some reason become more nasal and higher pitched which really irritates me and I also speak much too fast at times (which affects my stutter). Thank you for the video!
I also became interested in adapting vocal techniques from singing into my speech pattern like Marilyn Monroe did to help reduce her stutter :) seemed to work great for her

ps* I have an idea for the future when your channel expands you should do something similar to psch2go with multiple ppl talking or “taking over”..... so you can have richness and support! In return less stress and urgency! Just something to think about! Lastly another idea if you wanted a series would be showing individuals with seductive voices with different resonace and cadence and how they seduce like Marilyn Monroe or Audrey Hepburn etc. Considering your 12k supporters enjoy your videos so much I am sure they wouldn’t mind this idea! Anyways If you would like more ideas let me know! See you when I see you ;)
