Well Dre's mom told him to speak Chinese to the guy to get acquainted with him. And to get to know people from a different culture. Well the song is about saying what you need to say even if you say too much. Well even though Dre may have said the wrong thing at least he tried. That's what matters. Nonetheless I love this song. I'm just happy it's being played. The instrumentals of this song itself can be played in almost any situation.
