does anyone else besides me really hate these gender reveals?
With a passion...
I'd just read a paper or cut a cake with the color inside of it, personally.
Everyone does bro
Personally I think that these parents are unnecessarily traumatizing these kids. They should just tell them and leave it at that without all the pomp and circumstance.
@@presleyjordan8519 Why not just say it?
Or, here's a novel idea - wait until the birth and see!! 😆😆😆
I never thought watching kids cry could be this fun.
😅
Humor for me
😅😅😅😅
O_O Uh-
same
I was the oldest girl with 4 brothers. I never cried but I was so disappointed every time they brought another boy home…😮 I love them all now, 70 years later. Two are gone and I miss those boys with all my heart.
Siblings are the most precious gift ❤️
My condolences
We're 4 brothers, and i remember i was upset when my mom and dad came home from the hospital with my third brother ( i was 5 years old at that time, so forgive my ignorance...) because i told my mother i really wanted a sister so it just felt like she betrayed me. I actually thought having a sister would let me learn more about girls, because my older brother and I were often playing hide n seek or jumping on the trampoline with the neighbouring sisters that were just as old as us. And i noticed we cared about different things but also the same. So i thought it would be useful to have a sister to learn more about these misterious and intriguing creatures :)
Mom always thought i was pragmatic and practical about gaining knowledge and doing things...
But i'm happy with my 3 brothers, and mom is alwas proud of handling us up to no good devils :P we're all between 6'4 and 6'7 and we love taking family pictures with our 5'7 mom standing in the middle with a huge smile huging her 4 towers of men she raised ❤
@@PeachyTVright
I'm the youngest and only girl after 4 brothers! I always feel a kinship when I hear someone else was the only girl with 4 brothers. Unfortunately, two of my brothers have passed away.
I'm #2 of 6 siblings, when the ONLY way we knew if we had another brother or sister was when dad called us from the hospital after mom gave birth. I don't remember any of us ever being upset or unhappy, only happy excitement in knowing that our new sibling was FINALLY born and we couldn't wait for our mom and new sibling to come home!
Same here.
Why in the world would anyone ask their kids “what do you want?” As if they have any say in the matter whatsoever? It’s situational overload , and indulging in it when they start whining for attention is just worse.
Exactly
I agree starting sibling rivalry before it ought to start
Some "adults" sure dont behave like adults adding drama for no reason really assinine
Yeah you're right
bruh they just want to know wtf
I'm the eldest of 4 I cried everytime they told me another one was coming! Still crying at almost 39 lol 😆
Cried of happiness I hope!
😂😂😂
🤣🤣still?
I’m the oldest of four and I cried EVERYTIME it was a boy… (which was all three times)
Im the eldest of 7, I always gets mad everytime my mom gets pregnant! Hate it
It warms my heart when kids don’t care what the gender is cause they’re just happy to have a sibling ❤️
i could see that this boy is playing his nintendo switch
@@KamonParanormal ?
@@KamonParanormal the boy be like: lmao don't mind me just playin mario kart
Mmmmhhh... Lucky them ! 'Cause they have no say so, what's so ever on that subject. And it doesn't even matter if that would affect their life forever.
That is a much better way to express sentiment than how I did, lol!
Thank you💛
The empathy in the little girl at 5:30 is off the chart.
I was looking for this comment
She was happy, but seeing her little brother so sad, she suppressed her own excitement. She's truly a thoughtful big sister🥹🥹
At least one boy wanted a sister. Sisters make your lives better guys. Ask my brother! 😄
I totally agree! ♥️❄️
Yes!
I really can tell that imao
If you want a great family it should have a brother and a sister ❤
Thats scarcism
Hope the newborns are okay with the gender of their older siblings...🙄
😬😬😬
I was not xD
Indeed! That is super funny!
🤣
Or that they have older siblings
“I DONT WANT A BOI” cracked me up 😂
That was literally most of the video
@@castermacdiarmid980 i was wondering the same
LOL IKR HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS HAPPENING SO HE JUST DECIDED TO COPY HIS SISTER LOL
16:45
I love this one because the kid doesn't care if the baby is a boy or a girl. He just says "Oh." and starts playing with the balloons.
He got his priorities straight 🎈
Literally a legend 💪🤭🙌
What’s funny is that he thought the sister was in the box.
Without throw a fit/ temper tantrum
If the parents just came out and said you're going to have a sister/brother when telling them they're pregnant they might not have these gross reactions.
OK good point.
Right! What a stupid things to do! Of course I celebrate gender differences, but it's not something to rejoice or protest!! What's this?
They don't always know though.
@@kareldarcher1585 Then don't say anything until they do?
Supergross
The parents build it up into a big contest and then are surprised with the winning and losing reactions. Just let kids meet their new brother or sister after they are born and I'm sure nearly all of them would be happy to meet them regardless.
Sounds like that might work better for some of these fams ...
@@PeachyTV Judging by these reactions, all of them.
But it's fun to watch the disappointment.
These poor kids look genuinely mortified and heartbroken at the same time, so sad.
@@parasitez3053 NO, it is NOT fun at all . What kind of person are you ?
The excitement of this dude is amazing XD 12:38
God bless You 😂

He wanted a baby sister

The three brothers who were so happy to have a sister 😭
exactly
The only good part
Im sick of the cries tbh
@@tkevin14 Just before that one there was an equivalent happy boy: 12:37
Also, grow up.
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 didnt see it cuz i didnt watch tge whole video
They probably wouldn't have this extreme reaction if there wasnt a build up of a reveal and acting like theres a choice. If you just said, you are having a brother/sister straight up, they would shrug and be like ok.
Yes, I hate these trendy "reveal" parties. Showers are more tasteful and useful. "Reveal parties" are just another way to rack up debt on the credit cards. A nice small scale shower is more useful as nd less tacky. In the days of "fluid gender" and LGBTQetc. they don"t even make much sense because the very people that would be trendy and have one are the ones that believe gender is fluid.
true!
So true. Toddlers shouldn't be given a sense of authority over anything big.
Absolutely, this is all just drama
I'm not agree. They're kids, the reactions are natural.
The only reason these kids make a big deal about the gender of their sibling is because their parents make a big deal out of it.
Noooooo - kids really want a gender they think they'd have fun with and it's usually the same gender as them. It's specially traumatizing when it's the opposite gender when they are already outnumbered.
Absolutely
@@jayd2655 long comment but yeah i agree with you
No, is because they want somebody alike and to play with
@@jayd2655 Dont be stupid Jay
I REALLY feel for that one little boy with THREE sisters… that crying is justified… the rest, are just poorly prepared siblings.
No kidding there.
@ please
And the little girl with her two little brothers...lol
Most of them are spoiled brats!🙄😵💫
16:28 I love how this kid doesn’t whine nor he was disappointed, he just tries to find his sister.
In my country we don't have this gender reveal "tradition", if I may call it so. In my opinion parents should prepare their kids to accept whatever the gender their sibling is gonna be.
It's a relatively new tradition in America!
Ikr...😢
Yeah that's true.
Upholding the bond they share rather than gender.
It's more of a trend, not really a tradition. . Social media trend
Absolutelly agree
When I found out that I was going to have a brother I was so happy that I would finally have a friend. I didn't care what gender
Aww I'd feel the same way. I'm an only child. 🙃
@@PeachyTV that's bc your mum has an only fans account.

"I don't want a brother" - Dad: "Too late now." haha
That was VERY badass

Kid: "Not late you dumb, just UNFUCK mom and try again"
Dad: "Whaaaa?.."
Never too late in 2023
"Take is back."🤣😂
0:45 first the boy looks happy but when he sees his big sister crying he also starts complaining 😂
Yeah Like Caillou
That is why I never told anyone what I was having until they arrived - they have to be greatful for the sibling they get
Yeah, I totally get that!
Biggest build-up to a gender reveal I ever heard of
“I want a brother. I don’t want another red head” 😂😂😂😂 that is crazy
As a redhead, this was hilarious 😂😂😂.
that's kill me 😭😂😂😂😂😂😂
I didn't expect it😂
timeline pls 🙄
BUT I DONT WANT ANOTHER REDHEAD!!!
"I don't want another redhead!" For some strange reason that one killed me. Lol.
Red heads can have TEMPERS!
Millie's reaction had me dying 😂
I remember being so disappointed when I heard I was having a fourth brother and still no sister. I realized later the benefits of being the princess of the family 😎
What are the benefits?
I bet! Bet everyone's super protective of you.
No.
Did anyone see a cat in 4:34?
Lol
"I don't want another redhead"
That was hilarious!🤣🤣🤣
😂😂
That was never an option with hubby and I. Only redheads
What's wrong with redheads?
@@2degucitas Oh nice!
I bet that in the end, they’re all happy with their new siblings!
This is why its a good idea not to tell them ahead of time. When they see the new baby they're often so excited, they don't care what it is. That helps.
"I don't want another redhead!" That's what I said when my mom kept pumping out redheaded siblings. Hah.
But gingers are so cute!!
HEY dat was rude 😡😡😡🤬
@@PeachyTV honestly I agree
Its funny
That took me out !!
Definitely teaching my kids in a way that would never invoke these reactions.
Good on you. I was hoping someone in the comments would say this. Thank God. You're the wise one.
@@mariaw.4780 I agree 💯💯💯
Also, some of the actual parents' reactions are pretty immature too.
THANK YOU! They are BRATS.
Is this a typical US thing...? I think it's kind of mean...

"that means you're gonna have a baby sister"
0:50 little brother changed his reaction after seeing his sister crying 🥺
Why do this to them? Just have it and bring it home!!!
So they can slap it on the top of the head later?
What do u even mean??? They can’t do anything about them wanting it to be a different gender lol
So they can post it on social media.
I agree best let them see when mum brings it home 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
You know the attention seeking Mother's can't help themselves
I never cared what gender my siblings were.
Let’s be honest, it’s way more fun to keep it a surprise until the end.
7:55 that one surprised me because usually the boys want a brother not a sister.
13:02 too
Imagine your sibling rejected you when you're not even born yet
Siblings will be siblings ...
Yeah but its worse when the parents get annoyed
Imagine this won't matter
It won't matter in a few years. They will look back at these videos and laugh
I hate how some fathers look disappointed when they realize they’re having a daughter and not a son.
I'm sure they get over it!
Lucky for those dads, studies prove that dads are closer to their daughters than to their sons
I mean they are also dads that are disappointed to have a boy, I have a friend who for generation birth males so the family prays for a female everytime someone in their family is pregnant.
I mean, there r parents that expect an specific gender so it is okay to be dissapointed at first, pretty sure they brush it away after a few hours tho lol
Lmao I'm sure you wouldn't mind if genders are reversed.
Props to the great dad loving on his little boy in the car seat. The way the little guy said "but i want a buddy" 😭

"I don't want another red head"
That is next level.😄
These parents are ruthless putting their bawling kids online just so they can get some attention
sort of like you taking the time to cry about something insignificant to you just to get a couple of likes😂🤣😂🤣🖕🤡
The mothers throw temper tantrums worse than the kids. The kids see that it works because the fathers are weak.
Finally someone who thinks the same
Honestly it's the parents fault for building up the childrens hopes🤷♂️
True. 😬
If they want to have this type of hyped celebration they ought to at least tell their kids there had better not be tantrums. I don't think these reactions happen just from hyping the gender, I think these parents usually enable this behavior in one way or another.
Yep:(
Agree
To me I don’t think so. It’s 50/50 on the given gender
What’s the deal with these parents that just enjoy making their kids cry a little to much?
Kids freaking out and parents laughing .. omg! These kids r not rooted right .. 😭
When I found out I had a sibling coming, I was thrilled! Any kind; it didn’t matter.
I would be, too!
I am not cruel, but I laughed so hard when all these kids cried
Same lol
Lol im with you there
IP9IP loop9kl
I'll
I thought they were ignoring like there not crying just making noise
If you don’t explain beforehand that it’s all fun and a guess, not a choice, you’re gonna get some angry kids. Parents Laughing at said anger only makes things worse. Acknowledging the kids feelings is very important; that won’t be funny when he’s 21.
the guy holding the balllon at 11:00 mins is the best!!!
This gender reveal thing is not something we have in my country so I watch all this with amazement 😂
Haha glad you enjoyed! It's a pretty new trend in the U.S., too.
Wait until you see people mistakenly lighting an entire state on fire just for a gender reveal party.
@@iscavengersam OMG really?
@@jlnioannou sadly yes. This trend leads people to be very extravagant with it. Some folks use explosives and in one instance it caused a forest fire. I remember a soon to be dad also died in an explosion from a gender reveal party. ☹️
People get ridiculous too, in USA a guy was killed by a mini canon malfunctioning
Honestly. I’m so glad my parents just waited with no reveal at all
I hear ya, to each their own!
Lol she’s not mad about having another sister, she just didn’t want another redhead 😂😂😂
“But I don’t want another read head!” Cheeky sister😂🤣😂🤣
I think there could be a better way of doing this. As the youngest of five it was a miracle I survived childhood.

"But I said I wanted a brother.....but I don't want another red head." 🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅
Lol kids ...

I would be horrified if any of my kids had acted like these kids. Glad mine were just happy for another sibling.
wdym?
The big reveal should be in the delivery room like it was for me with my three sons. I understand the need to use the latest science to identify potential problems, but older siblings should be kept in the dark until mommy and daddy bring home the new little goober.
1:45 Millie is literally the best thing about this whole video.
😂
I don't think kids know what they want. Bring it home and when the see the miracle it won't matter what it is.

23:17 When he ran into the streets I thought he was going to be hit by a car for a second. 🤣
It’s crazy but not surprising that the parents ignore the disrespectful behavior.
What would you have done to the kids because of their reaction?
@@mrsbrathwaite83 I also wouldn’t laugh at their horrible behavior. Screaming and stomping and saying no. It’s not funny to act this way. I would express my extreme disappointment in their behavior. I’m also not afraid to say “No” to my kids when they act badly.
I kind of understand what you mean, but I don't think they really mean it, that's why parents aren't taking it seriously, they know they're just reacting like this in the moment
@@plata4682 they mean it. And it’s not appropriate. And I see parents acting this way all the time with kids. It’s how people act these days

Lets ask ourselves "why the gender is so traumatic in each of these households?" Is gender overly emphasized?
For sure. And also the whole gender reveal event was probably overblown. For one, all these kids had the camera pointed at them.
"But I don't want another red head!" 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
When his little one throws her fit, the dad @5:09 says, "It's too late now" and then tells her there's "no more sisters" in the bag. Brilliant!
This is a stupid custom,is the world becoming more f..ed up,and parents are entertaning it.

I know some parents on social media find watching their kids cry with disappointment funny, but it doesn't create a healthy relationship between the siblings. Hopefully this trend goes away soon.
The kids were so built-up for the big announcement it's no wonder the emotional response was so strong.
It is beyond me why this kind of _party_ is still a thing.
It does not do any good. It just doesn't.
At 12:06 the boy at least didn’t break out in tears I respect that kid 🤚 also I feel like some of these kids were happy for the opposite gender of them I feel like they were only happy so they could mess with them and harass them or different things
