what kind of inspection? It does come with a baffle.
State inspection. PA, USA has them. From what i seen that baffle ur prolly speaking of is a db killer.

Try to cut catalis and no use db kiler, the sound must be greig.

Is a y pipe or straight pipe louder
A Y pipe is the same thing as a straight pipe, you need a y pipe for the R6 because the HEader goes 4 pipes into 2 pipes to 1 pipe to the exhaust..
