    April is not summer and Mexico's raining season starts as early as mid May though is normal to get sporadic rain through out the year

      Intelligent question. The Aztecs expertly worked various types of stone including andesite which is composed of quartz, feldspar, mica, etc. So yes, this massive monolith probably has piezoelectric properties.

    So stupid, the monolith was moved in April, on average it rains between 4 to 11 days in Mexico city during the month of April, so nothing unusual. April being the end of the dry season and the beginning of the raining period

      John, yes it *sometimes* rains here in April, but there has never been a *thunderstorm* that lasts *several consecutive days* in April. Maybe in June-July, but in April it is a *freak* occurrence.

    I didnt believe in Tlaloc. I was in Mexico City a few years back and I was looking at the statue after leaving the museum. It was a clear day up to that point, but then as we were looking at the statue it began to pour. It lasted about a half hour of just torrential rain. Talk about a synchronicity.

    it's normal for long dry season or summer and entering into rainy season to have thunder storms and lightning..those gods they called before are fallen angels..because they have also a power that gave by God into them..

      The rainy season in Mexico City is from June to August. A thunderstorm lasting several days in April is a once-in-1,000 years event.
