genuinely that is whever i place my blush every day. "contour" with a deeper blush shade and you've got a full look without using any eyeshadow. it looks stunning on you

This definitely just gave me ideas. I sometimes struggle making intense blush draping look intentional but making it bleed further into the eye look might be the way to go! Thanks Angie!! 💗

I know the theme of this collection is supposed to be "classic beauty" but I get such a strong '00s/emo vibe from it and I'm here for it. Love the red look, especially with blue eyes!

Oh I was so scared I wouldn't be able to get your collab and some items from this collection but the makeup gods were smiling upon me and bless shop pay and sizzle bc I was able to get yours and the the Urd from Oden's Eye and the next day I got 3 blushes, a highlight and my own lip bundle with 2 new shades!!!

Also, no shame in being a mid 80s baby!!! 84 here too!! I think we got the best deal anyway because we got to experience the 80s like we're old enough to remember some of the stuff but then we're truly 90s kids but we also are young enough to have been in our teenage years in the early 2000s so we got to live through it all and can actually remember it unlike these people who call themselves 90s babies but were born in 1999 😆

I wasn't drawn to this collection at all at first..... But yeah, this is all over my kaleidos cart now!
Not sure about the eyeshadows and blushes, but my lipstick collection is about to be 70% Kaleidos.

The lip clays are so, so good. 👌🏻
I basically only wear them, Juvia's Place comfort mattes, and a couple of the Propa ones. Also, Juvia's Place and Milk tinted balms. 👍🏻
How is the longevity on the clays, if you don’t mind answering? Thx much! 🌝🌻
@@annlaughrin7250 pretty good longevity! I would say that they last about 5 hours (to some extent…), unless you eat something greasy. I wear my mask for most of the day (teacher), and they are just the best! Anything else would just make a mess…. I don’t reapply during the day - by the time I’m driving home, it looks a little patchy. However, it still looks like I have colour on (important to me as otherwise I look ghostly with very pale lips). Also, they don’t peel off like some other long wearing lip paints do, and they are not super dry like some. I don’t put anything over the top of them, and I think that it is best - if it has a reaction to the topper, it might slide off more easily. I should note that I don’t wear the super dark colours - I ordered all the nude-y colours with the Flower Punk palette
@@annlaughrin7250 I pretty much agree with what Nicole said, 5 hours, maybe more, until you eat. They just fade away gracefully and don’t crack or shed off of your lips. They are probably the lowest maintenance lip product I’ve used (other than chapstick).

the thing is, I really love the look of the jewelry box but it's just too expensive for cardboard. especially considering I can get the tin box from the lip clays for free with any 4 shades.

I'm a '81 hun. And it's fine! I was actually pretty excited turning 40.
I loved what you did here. People think it's so easy to do makeup. I laugh because to me eyeshadow is like art. Fun and colourful. This was beautiful.
Sitting chuckling because I was born in 1978, I remember all this blush way too much, I remember my Mum with draped blush, blue eyeshadow, blue mascara and a pink/red lipstick. The 80’s were just a totally different time, I think that’s why I’m drawn more to 60’s looks or more modern versions of 60’s looks.
I wear my blush like this alot. I'm born in 87, but that 80's style blush is my jam. I may grab the red blush, that's one of my fave colors to wear and seems the most pigmented.
While there really is no debate regarding the quality of Kaleidos makeup, I simply have to point out the professionalism, attentivness, and kindness of their customer support. They have shown nothing but honest care every time I have had an issue (and none of the fault was theirs).
And yes, the makeup is sublime - one does not simply talk of Kaleidos without pointing that out. 👌
I didn't think I'd be buying blushes from Kaleidos, this year, but apparently I am! That orange looks light enough for me, I love a peachy pink, now, and the reddish will probably last me an entire lifetime, but I'd love to have a very blendable red, in my collection!

I picked up the Joyride blush shade, and the Black Jasmine palette. Both of those will be unique to my collection. And, the packaging is so different, and beautiful, from Kaleidos. 🔥

I’m a color lover but 2021 did something to me because when nabla released the last 2 cutie palettes (the blue & the brown) I was so sure I’d purchase the blue ...... but actually I bought the brown, i the bronze LH crayon & the Nyx butter lipgloss in gingersnap (all browns all at once from beauty bay)!!!!! I love these a lot to this day !!
When Kaleidos revealed this collection I was like : ooohh 😮 the brown quad is different from cutie analog 👌🏾😁 I’ll get it & the brown lipstick & the beige brown blush !!! 🌚🤦🏾♀️✨ I’d actually buy the red blush but I have one from Sydney grace called Sebastian (more like brick red orange) I wish the did the purple a little bit deeper because all the purple blushes in the market have the same light tone !!!
I have tan skin with olive undertone & I’m intrigued by the beige blush ! I only have little jasmine blush by oden’s eye & that’s more rosy bronzey blush !!! ✨
I love that you paired the blush with the neutrals eyeshadow. Like I've gotten away from neutrals and you showed how to really amp it up with color. The lack of shade names on the packaging really irks me, but in general it looks like a stunning collection

When I first saw this, one of my first thoughts was "I wonder what the heck Angie is gonna do for a review of 2 super-neutral palettes" and you did not disappoint! I just got the blush and lip vault, but am gonna try to replicate this look using Glamlite Chocolate Martini for the browns!

So I was in high school in the 80’s, graduated in 86. We definitely wore a lot of blush and grey/black eyeshadow, but I never put my blush on my eyes unless there was no eye shadow. I was into the punk rock band scene so maybe that’s why. 🤷♀️ honestly I don’t know a single person in high school who did that. That’s so weird. How did we all miss this lol looks great 👍

Child of the 70s here. I was 10 in 1980. Lol. So, the 80s were my favorite decade! I wear my blush like this every time I wear makeup. It looks great on you! Funny thing, in the 80s I was scared of color on my eyes. I grew up in a small town in central Indiana. Nobody there wore colors like they show in pictures. 🤷🏻♀️. My usual look was dark, smoky eyes and red blush and lipstick.
