Fallen wasn't much trouble; Rank 5 Conqueror gave me the business, however. Only two revivers and extremely limited morale options. Took three attempts!

Question: ever tired a mystic only rank 8 final boss? or even if it's possible to begin with?
edit: Or an item only run?

Oh, they're both very possible. I haven't done Items Only, but I helped another player plan out their run for it. You'd be surprised how quickly the Rank 8 goes down when you're throwing out Evil Bombs and Force Majeures left and right.
Mystic Only has the advantage of Cachexia, which will pretty much shut him down. Add morale arts to things to maximize your damage, and then some Arcana spam and you'll be doing plenty of damage. I did a Warlock Rush that spammed Animalcule, and it was doing 200-300K against single targets.

wow how did you do that? I was just thinking of making a rush like that. was thinking runic splitter axe for mystic +5 and maul for hex. wasn't sure which accessories to put on or if something better then runic axes

Runic Splitters are the best option.
For accessories, Faerie Bands for the Hex damage; Ludope's Visors for Arcana. Might be 1 Visor and a Charm of Guiding, as I think 2 wastes some of the MA bonus by reaching the 100% cap.

@@Obsidienne1 so for hex use ludope and maybe damascene bracelet or 2 ludope? was thinking the +5 maul would be good for omnislash and hex

@@ablejr1146 If you need the HP, a bracelet would be fine. For hex, the Faerie Band is much better for damage.
The Maul bonus is something, but quite minor compared to Hex or Mystic+5.
