In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. Could not disagree more, we are getting another Caddy next week, our 5th in 5 years. Customer Service has been terrific. Cadillac of Novi is our dealer.

I like the design of this Cadillac XT6 but still not affordable for me yet.
I just test drove the 2021 XT6. Not a quite ride. Nice interior and styling, but a lot of road noise.
That interior is out of a 2016 vehicle not a 2021!!

Maximum age for cadillac is 2 years
