Interestingly, there _is_ an afterlife in the SCP universe, but Omega 0 apparently isn't part of it? Also, they've helped out in investigating a different, separate and much less pleasant afterlife/underword. So, the issue is kinda ambiguous.
Seems most people who die end up in the afterlife ruled by the Three Moons Initiative, but there are exceptions.

If there are "informational" ghosts in the system, I wonder why they haven't come in conflict with pattern screamers trapped as well, (SCP-000 or SCP-S)?

They probably is doing that as we speak, we just can't perceive it
its either luck of the database being TICC, or its just that the screamer in the database only sees entities for a moment while they are being uploaded and since the MTF were not uploaded there is no meeting point of upload
or the MTF simply can not precive it since the screamer is not a memetic/anti-memetic hazard and therefore its still as invisible to them as to any alive researcher
I think the reason might be the different conceptual levels they exist in.

See, I lucked out. I randomly happened on this SCP, thought it was kinda neat, noticed there was more to read in the links at the bottom, and ended up going through the whole antimemetics hub cannon and finding out what SCP-3125 actually is in an organic way just because it got me curious, (Side note: 3125 is still the scariest goddamned thing I've found on that site.) This was when I fully realized that the wiki format is a legitimate form of storytelling: I wouldn't have discovered any of that stuff if I hadn't followed the breadcrumbs.

It’s very reckless of The Foundation that the Memetics and Anti-memetics teams aren’t talking to each other
That would make a degree of sense. Their specialities are nominally related, but techniques involved in making people forget and remember are very different. It likely does little good to allow your antimeme team to get comfortable developing antimemes for sterilized meme in the making, nor does it help to have the memetics department developing cognitohazards under the assumption that somebody else will develop an antimeme to save them if they screw up. Also the 05 are paranoid.

I almost read this over the weekend! Thanks for doing this one! I really like all the high concept antimemetic stuff and how you usually have to take a step back to look at the bigger picture!
I cant think of a single person that deserves to be watched more than this guy, he always makes quality content and he's never cut a video into multiple parts if he does not have to, and he always goes into the best detail possible never leaving anything out for less work because all you need is 10 minutes. He makes videos because he likes to and not for money or views and I mad respect that.
