Try this push up workout:
5 Rounds:
A) Dive Bomber Push Ups 4 x 10
B) Spiderman Push Ups 4 x 10 (bring knee to elbow at bottom of push ups)
C) Close Grip Push Ups 4 x 10
This makes for each round to be 30 reps of push ups in a row
4 rounds of this will be 120 push ups
If you are a beginner, you can cut reps in half and rest after each exercise
