- So apparently in their coup d'état, Mitori planned to have Iyozane killed as well (even though they were friends), and the latter survived somehow. I'm kinda disappointed that their reunion wasn't at least a tad bit touching. It was just like :
Iyo : "hey"
Mitori : "oh you're alive neat, sorry for trying to kill you and for killing your father brah"

I've read through the Len'en wiki page, and the historical figure Mitori might be based on, but I can't help thinking about their name.
Ooama is written to mean 'vast sky', but Ooama written another way may also mean 'big bitch'. And Ooama no Ake no Mitori means 'The 9th bird of the bloody vast skies'. Considering their backstory, the naming might be intentional

To my best understanding, Iyozane wanted to die to escape the royal life, but instead of killing her, Mitori's poison just sort of *really hurt* and left her half dead, which was somehow convincing enough to let her slip away. It's really confusing though
