  • Learn how to restore the subframe for your 2nd gen camaro to better than new. In this video, I strip the subframe down to bare metal using strip discs, roloc discs, and a harbor freight spot blaster. I sand blast the front end components. I then spray the subframe with Eastwood's internal frame coating. Next I spray everything with Eastwood's epoxy primer. I finish it all off with some Eastwood's Satin 2k Chassis Black.

    Love your work! I'm planning a restoration on my BMW e36 M3 and am using your videos as guidance. One question about the subframe: do you worry about any rust in the interior?

    • @ViruZHUN
      @ViruZHUN Před 2 lety +1

      if there is rust inside the frame the options u can do are very minimal to remove it, the best way is to do an electrolysis bath for maybe a week or so. then dry it and fast dip it inside primer.
