After trials, I was able to make stickers succesfully with print then cut. It's my first time to use a cutting machine and I'm glad that your product is available here in our country. It could've been better if the printing outline can be manually adjusted to fit the paper because the sticker paper still has a lot of space left. Hopefully, you can take it into consideration in the future updates.

Alo I cant add PNG images on the mobile app. It needs to be an SVG file. Will this also change to allow both formats?
Everything is perfect, but when I set the print and cut option and execute it, it does not cut, the head moves but does not make any type of cut, trying to set the standard cut option, short but not where it should cut. aid!!

My printer is collaborated through the android app but the function to do print then cut isnt on the app. Will this be a feature on the mobile app?
Sorry, the Android app does not currently support print then cut.
my calibration is also off. it cuts through the image when moving across the paper.

I have spent 2 days trying to get the cut right. The print option loses the quality and of the design and will load but not cut. When I import a png file and cut it is off by 4-5mm. So much potential unfortunately this product doesn't work for me. :-(

Video is way too fast and not clear enough
It won't even scan the paper for the machine calibration and I can't update the firmware no matter how long I hold the button and hit update nothing happens I was able to cut some stickers out but it was off just by a little bit So I tried to adjust it a bit and nothing happened and now it won't even let me recalibrate any suggestions?
