Only like 30 mins into the podcast and keep seeing Sam comments. This podcast was there before Sam and it’ll be here after. It’s also kindve a good thing if he doesn’t talk about it, Sam already mentioned how grateful he was and he just wasn’t going to renew the contract. After all the weird breaks other athletes did it seems Sam was respectful and Fouad is too, of if I were to guess they still get along just fine. If im training before work , eaa and a pre isn't quite enough as suppose to getting a meal in first . But if I get all my Cals in and macros in at the end of the day will that Make a difference?

As someone coming from the natural bodybuilding world and also coaching natural athletes, I do believe there is some merit to the leucine threshold. Meaning that for a non-enhanced person to attempt to maintain anabolism, they should use the 3 hour window to keep the level of leucine high in order to keep protein synthesis going. Its probably not as much a factor for enhanced athletes. But I do agree with you all that could you do it that way and eat only once? Yes, you could...but its not the best method for someone looking to add muscle tissue, maintain good digestion, and have peak performance.
In the US it’s illegal to throw needles in garbage. I just use an empty laundry detergent jug and then when that’s full I either throw that in garbage or recycle. As long as they’re in a container it’s legal to put in garbage. Marine Mike 🇺🇸 💪
