What she did was a classic give me money scheme which isn't actually a crime. Yeah, embarrassing people for doing unethical or illegal things is really the only way to deter people with no morals. They may not understand guilt or have a conscious telling them to feel bad, but they'll definitely have an ego that tells them to feel bad for themselves when they know other people are rightfully judging them for being a bad person. These people don't care about being a good person but they do care about having a good image so they can keep conning people and get away with it, so that's the only way you can actually get through to them.

Here's what happened: this woman scratched her own car with her bad driving and then decided to try and get it fixed for free by parking far too close to someone else and blaming them for it. This is not okay. I'd be livid. Forget this woman - she needs to be made example of.

This happened to me once. I parked to get something for lunch and there was no car parked next to me at the time. When I came out some guy accused me for scratching his car and was trying to take pics of my plates. We were going back and forth until an employee from another store saw when I pulled and said I was already parked, there was no way I could’ve damaged his car. Ppl doing the most 😂.

I’m pretty much with Preach on this one. A Karen wouldn’t admit to being the perpetrator. Or at least wouldn’t have caved in that quickly regardless of how many people would tell her she’s wrong. I could definitely see that being used as a self defense before the other guy could criticize her parking as they lines up with human behavior I’ve seen before.

This kind of stuff must be happening more and more. Recently, I keep finding marks on my car after coming out of the grocery store. I've even found a car bumped right up against my car, license plate to license plate, pushing my car back a few inches. When I came out of the store to find this, the lady got out of her car and acted like she expected me to say something. I was like, what is going on here? She just backed her car up and left without saying a word. Mental health.

We used to do this to a 300 pound guy in College(he was an OL, we were Wrestlers).
Nice guy, but took him SO long to figure out it was on purpose...
We had assigned spots and he used to CRAWL through the back of his SUV and used the rear door to get out!
It ended up looking like the car was giving birth to him at the end!

I detest liars and scammers. A similar situation happened to my sister a couple of weeks ago. She was walking her dog in her neighborhood and a woman in her mid 20s walked by her and nothing happened out of the ordinary. 20 minutes later, the woman came back outside and told my sister that her dog had bit her, and showed her a small little scratch, then demanded contact information.
If someone gets bit by a dog, they will react on the spot, not have a 20 minute delayed reaction, go to your house and inflict self harm to make up a lie to get money, then return with a half assed story. The nerve of people who go out of their way to lie and believe the lie and get innocent people incarcerated for said lie.

Which is disgusting because in most cases where a person gets bit by a dog, the latter is put to sleep. That should be a couple of months of jail time at the minimum when the DNA test and scan of the wound prove no dog saliva or teeth marks are present.

She, the accuser, said she no longer wanted to pursue it to the dispatcher. Not me. I voiced my frustration that the accusation had been made but because oH nOw ShE's BaCkInG oUt I can't pursue legal recourse. I was a young adult and didn't know oh no I can pursue that; dispatcher I understand sir sorry this happened to you have a good day *hangs up*. Civic duty huh? Instead of explaining recourse or sending an officer too, na you're just a bunch of horny kids, fk off but lmk if a real no no touch happens or it doesn't but they want to press charges.

fyi, at least in Canada - no ones liable for parking lot accidents, ESPECIALLY scratches. You can literally plow into someone going 50kmh and it's both drivers fault.
This is why I park at the back of the parking lot. To avoid situations just like this. Yea I walk a little bit more but it’s worth it to me.

@@LBK978 I don't think that's kidnapping considering that she could get out of her car and walk away. I don't know the exact laws about stopping a parked car from coming out, but I imagine it wouldn't be anything that serious compared to the fraud she's trying to commit.

The usual legal definition of kidnapping is when you move someone over 25 ft against their will. It varies from the state to state and country to country but usually it's somewhere along those lines.
I can tell you now as a licensed auto insurance adjuster, no crime's been committed yet. IF she files a claim, THEN he can press charges for insurance fraud. No jail time, but likely an obscene fine and she'll get her insurance dropped for misinformation and fraud. He'll get in more trouble for sitting in front of her car unfortunately. It could really escalate quickly if he's not careful. The best thing he did for himself was get the scene photos, video footage of both cars parked and admission of guilt. Nothing else needs to happen.

I work in auto claims for NYC. There is so much fraudulent shit. I had someone claim they needed two surgeries with $800 worth of damages, along with brain damage. We had social media findings of this chump traveling the world and working as a barber on his feet all day.
Attorney eventually filed suit, and the claim got transferred out. But dealing with insurance fraud is my entire job.
I think I speak for us all when I say nobody wanted to know whether Aba is a sweaty person or not

As an auto damage adjuster, I deal with things like this every day. Preach nailed it when he said there’s no way the car did that damage as the damage is too high and no transfer from his.

Ain’t that the truth. I remember me, my fiancée and daughter went to the store. I parked next to a BMW, I was parked perfectly. The guy tries to verbally attack my fiancée and daughter talking about my daughter hit his car with mines. Cops came and saw that the guy was acting like a damn fool and tried to shake my hand as an apology. He got flipped off and we dipped.

This happens way too often. At my job (airport), people show up with damage, go on vacation, come back from their trip and try to report the damage. Their goal is to get free parking or get the airport to pay for the damage. I literally had a guy try to say someone hit his truck while he was gone, when he clearly hit a deer and cleaned the truck to the report it. Its disgusting behavior

Had a guy turn into me from behind. I didn’t argue with him, but he lied in the police report and said I turned into him. My car had tire marks on it, but his dishonesty made the payout take longer. I even showed the cop the tire marks and she couldn’t believe he was still lying to her face.

Couple years ago on Roman road east London I tapped the back of a van and that guy rolled into another van in front of him, I took the blame for the crash and went to give them my insurance details but they didn’t believe I was the owner of the car 🤷🏾♂️ this made me be like ‘oh ok, you don’t trust me, then I don’t trust you’ and started taking pictures of all 3 vehicles and left
Around 6 months later I get a call from my insurance saying my insurance will be to high to renew after the 30k damages I caused to these two vans, turns out after I drove away these two strangers decided to meet up and smash up the vans to get big payouts, even took months of work to claim back, luckily I had the pictures still on my phone to prove the original damage and the two groups of men went to jail
She wasn't even parked in the parking spot correctly, she probably parked in the spot, after the other guy parked in his spot.
