Just hope you don’t have a problem. I have been trying to reach the company for three weeks. No response calling Better Business Bureau to see if that will help. Think before you buy this scooter

Good luck with the BBB they just contact them , they don’t get back to you (Ewheels) till a years up. Then they charge you a huge amount of money to fix it . This happened to me. Disabled Viet nam vet

Cute but too much bending and lifting for handicapped. Too low to ground also for driving outside.

A sales rep . After a year goes by then they say you
Should have contacted us earlier . Then they try to have you pay big money for a service man to come to your house and repair problems that were there when you bought it . Buyer beware. By any other brand
