I have a question about the battery. The faster i go on this scooter i notice the charge level goes down then when i go slower it goes back up, is it susposed to do that? When i turn scooter on where ever the battery level is sitting still is the real charge amount left showing right? And dont recharge till it gets low reading while sitting still, correct? It just freaks me out when i go faster and the charge shows lower, is it just using charge and its showing that? Explain all if the for me please.

It seems that the issue with the battery level indicators changing when you are on the throttle is because you may well possibly have bad batteries. I would advise going to get them load tested. If it is the batteries, more than likely you will have to take it into a mobility store to replace. There are four 22A 12V batteries and they are soldered to the battery cables so changing them at home wouldn't be easy.
When you turn on the scooter, whatever the battery level indicators show at that time is the correct amount of charge left on the batteries.
The batteries can be charged everyday but do not overcharge them. If you plug the charger in at 6PM and its charged at 8PM, remove the charger from the chair to keep from overcharging the batteries (it will cause the health of the battery to decline). I always tell people its like putting gas in your car, you wouldn't fill up, drive around the block and fill up again. You wait till you have 1/4 tank left before you put gas in it so its similar with charging batteries. Hope this helps!

My Chihuahua would love riding in the basket.
Edit: These used to have a good get-up-and-go, but they slowed it down; from 18mph to 12mph, sad.

Marc, why don't you sell this unit anymore? Presently, it's being sold by several vendors on Amazon and eBay for $1999. Is there a reason you no longer stock it? Also, did they lower the max speed from 18mph to 12?

We no longer carry E-Wheels units because of the lack of manufacturer customer service and tech support for their products.
