    I was very excited to use the hammerhead today. I did exactly what you said in this video, and the piece between the shower arm kept leaking. I tried using more plumbers tape, also tried taking the unit all the way off and installing back again, still the same leak. I also had the gaps lined up perfectly, Maybe a hardware issue with this particular piece? I'm not sure. I will return and try to buy a new one.
