Thank you for watching!
Really like the idea of the highlight reel! That could come in handy. Thank you!
You're welcome! Let me know how it goes for you.
Great advices, yet to me they are very idealistic assuming that all leaders are great which is unfortunately not always the case in real business world.
Thanks again for sharing such content and I hope it will be helpful.
One to One meeting is a best thing to impart yourself effectively into your boss mind.
That's a great way to look at one on one meetings!
Kara love your content! As well as your executive fashion †which are your favorite formal clothing brands?
Thanks Carmen! I buy a lot of clothes from Mango and Portmans (an Australian shop). Most of my jackets and tops you see in videos are from there.
Going off track a bit, but I'd like to hear your thoughts. I've met bosses who are very serious, and others who prefer a friendly relationship with their employees. Which leadership style do you think works better?
I have a 1:1 meeting every week with my boss. I also have a 1:1 weekly with all of my direct reports. I consider it their meeting and we talk about whatever they want to talk about. We rarely cancel it, except for holidays, travel, etc.

YOU HAVE TO BE LEADER. OR FOLLOW THE LEADER. NOTHÄ°NG ELSE.
My boss is not the most organized. No agenda. Feels like my 1:1 with her is just an opportunity to get exposed to be scolded. đđđ
Kara you need a new printer!
Haha! I have a new one now :)
