    I've watched several videos on darce/anaconda recently and all have given excellent details. It's amazing how many years of experience you need to tap into just to understand what looks to be such a basic choke.

      This method is worse because you can get arm dragged. Surprised to see firas teach it that way

    i always had trouble finishing the anaconda the reverse elbow detail really helps tighten it up and I was able to hit it today thanks coach
