Polly, this is Joy. As I told you at the Lakeway Library, I love the combination of exercising brain and body at the same time! It has really pointed out to me that I need both! Thanks for mentioning CZcams to Don--we have now subscribed! Thanks so much, and we love everything you do!

Your workouts are a great way to start my weekend Polly. I always feel great after one of your classes, even after some of your more challenging sessions too (I think! haha), so thank you for that.
Again, I tried standing for most of the class today as it helps with my balance and I always feel better for it too. I thought the vocal/vowel exercises were a great start to the class and got me more engaged 😊 I also enjoy spelling words out loud and then trying to spell them again, but backwards. A first for me today, as I managed to spell mushroom correctly, backwards (yay!). Can be challenging, especially when physically exercising at the same time, but good for both mind and body. Great idea from Mosheofer too about concentrating on a particular area of the body. I’ve noticed also that, since doing these workouts with you, the right side of my body, particularly my leg is much weaker, so it was very useful to focus in on a particular area; You can really help yourself by practicing these routines whenever you want to.
Thank you also Polly for the name check around the range of motion exercises too - it’s so beneficial for me to work on this type of exercise, as stretching out and exaggerating these movements really does ease my often stiff muscles and helps keep me a little more flexible too. Have a great week Polly, Cooper and everyone at PfP, Amanda x

Hi Polly Thank you for the name check today. Yes we like the verbalisation. Spelling words backwards is trick but fun. We had to stop and re-do certain exercises today as we did not do them very well first time. We will keep practicing. We like to get them as good as possible. Many thanks Paula and Jon

Loved this workout especially the left right section. I have weakness on the left and these sections really motivate me to concentrate on using my left arm. Thank you polly for another great workout

It was helpful to give more emphasis to the left side. We like the mix and the (sometimes) speeding up. Doing the series of four exercises is challenging but rewarding. Thank you, Polly.

I have not exercised in over six months. This was wonderful. I could stay with it and it challenged me but I don’t feel like it was too hard for me. Thank you so much.!!

Mike from Pittsburgh. Returning. I also track my activity on my iPhone and Apple Watch. I can capture Outside and Inside Walking stats. Can anyone recommend a category to capture PFP stats. If so, how do I select it on the devices?
