COME FARE IL BRODO DI OSSA /DIETA /CHETO

Il brodo di ossa è facilissimo da preparare con pochi ingredienti , ha tantissime proprietà nutritive.La durata della cottura dipende dalla grandezza delle ossa dalle 6 alle 12 ore.Si può preparare con ossa di manzo o di pollo o con lische di pesce.
Si usa per diete cheto
Ingredienti:
Ossa di manzo
cipolla
aglio
sedano
peperoncino
2 cucchiaini di aceto di mele
2 cucchiaini di sale
acqua a coprire (circa 3 litri)
