In a heart-pounding feat of bravery, I embarked on a daring journey, steering a massive HGV truck along the treacherous lanes of England's deadliest road. With each twist and turn, adrenaline surged through my veins as I navigated the harrowing terrain, facing the formidable challenge head-on. Amidst the looming cliffs and unforgiving bends, every moment was a test of skill and nerve, pushing the limits of what I thought possible. Yet, against all odds, I pressed forward, determined to conquer the ultimate driving challenge and emerge victorious on the other side.
In a spine-tingling adventure that defied the odds, I embarked on an adrenaline-fueled journey behind the wheel of a heavy-duty HGV truck, daring to traverse the perilous expanse of England's deadliest road. As I gripped the steering wheel with white-knuckled determination, the narrow lanes and vertiginous drops tested my mettle at every turn. With each twist of the road, my senses heightened, adrenaline coursing through my veins as I confronted the daunting obstacles ahead. Against the backdrop of towering cliffs and unforgiving terrain, I pushed myself to the limit, navigating the treacherous path with unwavering resolve. In the face of danger, I embraced the challenge, emerging triumphant as I conquered the road less traveled, etching my name in the annals of daring adventure. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I dont know where are originally from, just that you are now a UK HGV Driver. I just wanted to say that its been a long time since I have seen anyone so happy at their work. Its nice to see such positivity! Thanks for sharing your day!
He is British, but was born in the Dominican Republic. When he was 17, he expressed a desire to join the army, so I sent him to live with his grandfather. He successfully joined the army and served for 7 years. I am very proud of my boy.
He is not British if he was born in another country ,its like saying if a dog is born a stable it makes him a horse@gregroddis7861
It's worth noting that my sister and I were born in different countries due to our father's military service. I am proud to say that I am second generation Army, and my son is the third. We are Brits, and it's time to wake up to that fact. Like it or not. Blood line mate, blood line makes you not where you are born. As you said if you are born in a stable does not make you a horse
Stupid comment 😂
He sounds Italian
This is proper UK lorry driving
I like the sound that he makes when he passes vehicles on the other side of the road I like this guy good to see this from a drivers point of view
Damn ! This is completely nightmare ! And to make matters worse, that sign saying "1245 casualties in 5 Years"🥶🥶🥶🥶
I know mate it was mental.
4:27 send a copy of this video to the company owner...
to be honest I do not want the guy to lost his Job
What if he kills somone
This driver has to keep in mind that in other vehicles there is a family man taking away his livelihood.
Shouldn’t worry about him losing his job if he wants to drive like that, we’re all meant to be professional on the roads.
Wow you’re a saddo
Still baffles me how loads of truck drivers feel comfortable on narrow roads coming round corner so fast. Especially when youve come across many other trucks coming other way.
To be honest mate it’s easier than it looks
Confidence c'mon....light work mate. Try Scotland,Wales or York if u wanna see tight virgin roads 😅😅
🤣🤣 idiot so called professional drivers I'm a class 1 driver and I wouldn't drive at those speeds putting lives at risk. Most truck drivers would smash someone wing mirror off and carry on then your stuck waiting hours for recovery, load doesn't get delivered, potentially losing contracts. Slow down and get there in one piece for the sake of 5 minutes it ain't worth the risk. Doesn't make you a professional just a 🤬
I do this on Scottish roads 5 days a week up to the highlands….. easy
6:45 Love your reaction. I had the same ones when I completing a really tight manoeuvre in a van. Just fills you with joy.
Great video, son! The countryside views are amazing. Could you show us how the container moves from the front to the rear on the trailer platform? I haven't seen this before.
Great Job son.
I will make a video about it post 🚛💨
Great video mate, the driving skills are 2nd only to the positivity, brilliant👍👌
I love how he makes it look so dramatic, but at the same time quite easy. I've being on that road with 26 tons of water I know its a right mindfuck but if you take it slowly and cautiously its all alright.
It reminds me a little bit of A68 that's a fun road to drive on.
Drove a artic tanker b4 not fun I’ll stick to my walking floor😂😂😂
You earned my respect ✊
Another great video 👍🏻 can’t believe that idiot over took you on that narrow road. It’s shocking! People like him cause accidents. Keep up the great content 👍🏻👍🏻
I love it mate!! Them tight roads keep it exciting!! 😎👍🚛💨
Thank you for always supporting mate 🚛💨
@@truckinguk always brother! 👍
We truckers look out for each other.
Plus, your channel is quality and I enjoy every video you post. It’s great to see you doing well mate. 👍👍👍
Stay safe mate I’ll give you beep if I ever see you on the road! 🚛💨
Respect!
eres un campeon!!!!! animo
gracias mi hermano, un abrazo
Love this video! 👏👏 What a crazy road!
a bit crazy
Another great video
Love your videos mate
Less then a min watching this I felt seasick with that headcam
Man that is one heck of a journey you had there mate rather you then me but you got to have some balls for these road in a class 1
Brilliant 👍
Amazing video Anthony my bro. Those roads in Lakes were mad.
My dream job was to become a truck driver but due to I'll heath and now disabled I can't so I have 100% respect for truck drivers. Please stay safe.
10:34 Was doing some work at a water treatment works in Derbyshire this week and i saw that exact same van!
must be a big company them
Too many trucks driving too fast on that narrow road at the beginning of the video
way to many but we all professional
@@truckingukprofessional at complaining
Just wait till you meet all the Sellafield workers.. 😂... certain times you'll meet every artic other times its clear...
@@truckinguk I'm a class 1 driver with 21 years experience and ex coach driver and I wouldn't drive at them speed, faster you go longer it takes to react and slow down that's why I see so many so called professional drivers crashing trucks in the UK.
if they went slow all the car drives would fume why are they going so slow
This is mental !
tell me about it
I drive that road quite often in an hgv from newcastle along a69 m6 a590 a596 to millom
What road is it ?
Did I see you eastbound on the A590 today just before Newby Bridge around 10-30am with a 20ft box on the back? I was driving the yellow Tyneside Express truck heading for Barrow. Flashed you but it was last minute so you probably missed it. Keep up the videos, they're way better than mine🤣🤣🤣
I'm very sorry that you had to go Barrow
I do sellafield, barrow and Millom prison quite a few times a month in a low loader and that road is a nightmare on a good day
Most roads in this country aren’t wide enough for trucks!
i couldnt be dealing with that stress lmao
You should do back roads in Dunmow 😂😂😂
England 3000 Years Old and can’t build wider roads lol
We're is that
I noticed you going pass them trucks you was over the line each time they was inside there line that’s experience tells
No he wasn't.
who keeps doing this to you dude 💀good job.
my mate does hahaha... cheers mate
Breathe in!!!😂😂😂
Ive just starting following you quick question can i hear scouser in your accent 🤔
4:20 what the actual fuxk. Thats dangerous driving, that dude is putting everyone in danger. 🤦🏻♂️
Sketchy l, but the tight ones are the satisfying roads.
Has the UK ever considered widening their roads since 1900?
it aint much in first sight but these are the lads who keep the country going, i wouldnt do it cos fuck that
Come down number 2️⃣ and you are not Dr. Evil is Dr Phil 🎉
?
would love to see you go in the woods. i dont think you would last
Good old millom Cumbria, fantastic roads in a car! not so much in a HGV by the looks of this video aha
You been in Burton on Trent? Or did I understand wrong? I hope I meet you one day 😉 I think you was at the beer company starting with M...
Yes he was 👍
Is that Molson coors, the whole area stinks of marmite.
Looks like North Yorks to Cumbria...same old same old !
U shoud try lochlomand
i believe that lowloader was going to ashville
Maybe
@@truckinguk it was the same truck and load which appeared in ashville weekly new video I believe
Think he needs to update his satnav no where near ashville
Tornado wire in millom? Delivered there loads of times with a loaded 20’.
But we all just got on with it and never made a drama.
I bet there was no profit in that job with all the diesel you’ve burnt
They won't of been much profit in it with all the hills and that thirsty V8 full loaded
@@martinjh87 exactly. Would have been paid the same going from Liverpool to Coventry instead-same miles, all motorway driving, no stop start or steep hills and use less fuel.
Did this road every day going to Whitehaven in my truck 😅 horrible road
What a helmet outside banking the crane operator
Its my job 😂😂😂 you meant to do it 😂😂
@@truckinguk as if the crane op would take instructions off a driver
You don’t know anything do you 😂😂😂 the driver has to guide the crane as sometimes the container is out off place… love this comment of ppl that have no idea of what’s going on.
@@truckinguk get back in your lorry and stay you will be banned of the docks getting out
@@JackTupedyou don’t sit in the lorry you clown you’re not allowed to
4:20 typical tipper driver
4:21 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Crazy init 🚛💨
Surely there is a sign saying not Suitable for Long vehicles !
Mate the other trucks are inside there white line .your on the white line
The road aren’t wide enough mate
I think the above person is asking why you are so close to the centre of the road, compared to the on coming vehicles
You need to take into account what’s on your left walls and bushes sticking out sometimes you have no choice but to ride the white line or go over it so you avoid damaging the lorry on the left
Where is that road ?
The lakes A595 I think it was, on the way to Millom
I’ve got stupid side indicators that are on stalks, they stick out about 4 inches from the body, I’m forever breaking them when I have to go close to walls, foliage, pain in the arse 😂
Last time I saw something that tight I was about 15 years old 😂
Bro, ive seen you drive through Birmingham. You can drive ANYWHERE in europe 🫡
Birmingham it’s brutal 😂
Chris Ambler
Nothing wrong with them roads do it day in day out seen u going bk there on the 2/5/24
I am on it right now 😂😂😂
7 minutes into video you mention about good job there is traffic lights at that narrow part of road they never use to be traffic lights there.
Don't travel with the rear pins out..
THINK BIKE
Pliss bro can I be your helper....❤
Are you not aloud to keep your trailer closed like that when your empty to make it easier to turn corners and what not I don’t see why you would need to slide the trailer back open or even when your loaded it’s a 20ft can. How heavy could it be on your truck and trailer that you would need to spread then weight out
It’s spelt allowed not aloud , maybe you should have attended school a bit more often
You lose too much traction driving with the trailer closed
@@alexrobinson2281 omg I made one spelling mistake when I was asking a question. I am not quite sure how I will live the rest of my days out now
@@MrTwister86660 oh I would of never thought of loosing traction on bare pavement maybe the EU trucks are setup different then us
@@Daton.B with the trailer closed it takes a lot of weight off the drive axel-like a seesaw, and it’s more tyre scrub/friction on the front axel on the trailer when turning unless you have a trailer with a lift axel.
The roads in this country are horrible , we still have the infrastructure used for horse carriages
Yo be honest we get used to drive on this kind of road, it difficult but it’s fun
Truckers worst nightmare
why do you sound like Micah Richards
Why is he an idiot? He probably knows the roads and where he can pass and not. Yes you are taking your time but that’s because you’re not a local. I haven’t driven up here and I have done the same as you but I would stop and let the traffic behind pass.
Bad road.. its the main road used from quarry at millom to get to A590 at greenodd.. other wise its up coast road to workington and across the a66..
Theres a bad section at spark bridge too.
To be honest they should redesigned this road but that would take the fun out of it 😂😂
Second viewer!!!
thank you for the support mate
Not a very good road for HGVs from both ways.
Ott
What a drama queen theres loads of space
Newt wrong with that over take if it’s clear and you fit then why not 🤷 and doing the speed limit of course!! that driver may go down them roads daily and know them off the back of his hand 😉 #differentlevelsofexperiance!!
Our cars have to be road worthy, yet the roads are not worthy for our cars. Joke country.
You've got too be one of the worst drivers on here 😮
No need to call the overtaking truck driver a idiot, maybe he's familiar with the roads.
That he is plus this bloke was only doing about 20mph for miles. Maybe concentrate on driving rather than making videos 🤷🏻♂️
@@russstyles290 Over taking another lorry up hill, barely even catching him, to the point where Anthony had to come to a stop to let it pass. Jog on you morons
