"Said he had your okay."
Cragen chose violence that day.
If it wasn't Stabler that had his moment plenty of times, it would be Cragen that would do it.
I like that Elliot's definition of vulnerable is wearing glasses. It's such a dad-like move. xDDD
he also dropped his change XD
@@fruitpunch-mouth Ah yes "change"
It always makes me sad when something happens to a baby
agreed.
Yeah especially when they put baby in the corner
@@malefeminist4173nobody puts baby in a corner..
@@LightsaberGoBrrrrrrWell I do I'm her father, what are you like 38?
@qb3540: is that a family guy reference?
most iconic words from cragen: "let's take a ride" HE MEANS BUSINESS EVERY TIME
I love it when Elliot and Liv do undercover work. It’s always believable and they just always make a great team
It’s funny seeing this and knowing Tucker and Liv got together down the road and they were so good together.
Yeah. They were good until they weren’t.
Didn't he get terminally ill & left her or something like that?
That mother at the beginning, breaks my heart, her poor baby, 😢 and the detectives first thought is she's a druggie herself!
In my area there was a baby who died because the parent (I honestly forgot if it was the mother or father) was a recovering addict and the kiddo got into their methadone 😒😒😒
@@LadyLeomon 😢
Well as awful as it sounds , parents are always the first person they suspect in a case involving babies. Especially something like overdose and it is because they have the most access to the baby and time to do something . Just like how significant others are the first suspect in a murder case .
So it's not really that out of mind fir them ti think she's a druggie and mixed up her drug and baby formula .
I felt bad for that precious baby. Live your life beautifully.
Inside baby formula....my god
It shows how desperate they are to smuggle their product.
It's actually a fairly common way to smuggle unfortunately. They usually just don't lose their stash
Pls don’t take God’s name in vain
@@stitchchewingbubblegum9737 Kind of a weird place to be judgmental, while watching a fairly violent crime show.

One of this firsts "Pull and Push" between SUV and IAB
There shouldn't be much movement there, as long as SUV is on parking brake
@@wessltov And/or the IAB dosen't interfere or act earlier before the evidence has results (And even do wrong arrests)
Daddy El in glasses 🤓 is ❤️🔥 love Elliot and Livs chemistry undercover
I think that the different law enforcement agencies should work with each other instead of against.
Ego, ego, ego. That's everyone in law enforcement.
Internal affairs can't really do that. Their job is going after cops.
no, their job is protecting the department. @@steveomac385
@@steveomac385 I think they can, up to a point. But I get your point. I first learned about Internal Affairs in an episode of Cagney and Lacy. That show is completely forgotten about today, but it’s as good as L&O. So is LA Law.
The American agencies are always deliberately getting in each others way out of ego instead of what is best for the case. Hell just look at the ongoing internal war between the FBI and the CIA and how many times they've fucked everything up just to spite the other party
I was wondering if father or the mother in the beginning was a suspect. Mom unaware that dad is a drug smuggler, or mom is an addict and forgot to give the right food to the baby.
honestly i think it's nice they didn't, it subverts the usual plot beats.
"You need anger management" a lot of people told stabler the same thing but Stabler's anger decided to take the day off in most of this episode Cragen's anger decided to make a guest appearance for the first time in a long time.
Feds vs SVU
So you jumped from a death of a child to questioning drug people
Feds? IAB is local police internal affairs? No feds in this clip.
That poor baby and his mama. 💔
This was an awesome episode. Mainly because Cragen got physical with Tucker 🤣
Cap pulled up on BUSINESS ‼️‼️‼️
You have to feel sad from the mom, She had no idea that she was feeding her baby Liquid cocaine, Hidden inside baby formula, And later when the story starts to develop , you find out what happens to the other moms.
It’s funny seeing Elliot holding someone back when he’s usually the one being held back.
especially when it’s Cragen 😂
"only room for ONE hothead in this unit, thank you."
Poor infant. What's worse is it could've been the other infant in the video who was unfortunate enough to ingest that formula.
No it couldn't have. The other infant was a borrowed baby and that white couple were actually the damned smugglers!
How is that worse?
@@babybluehashyo ig worse for the mother of that other baby, but it's a VERY weird wording
I never understood why internal affairs are always made to look like the bad guys. Is it not there jobs to find the actual bad guys in the police force?
Not always craigen worked in internally affairs / also one of law and order detective from internal affairs had long run on that show / also in blue bloods often internal affairs are good at their job /
Great episode
That's a good look for Olivia.
This was a good Law and Order: SVU. IAB Tucker was so wrong for saying Capt. Cragen signed off on taking a murder suspect.
5:53 smooth
So smooth 😎
I will never understand why Olivia dated Tucker.
This is very sad right now
That poor baby 😢
Wow this was SVU back in the day.
That poor scared mother and that poor baby boy 💔
that bar scene WAS NOT AN ACT
Calling another cop a rat!
Internal Affairs? Definitely rats.

I think they were able to bust the ring but not before the main guy they were after try taking another mom and baby hostage
@@ddthewolfyes criminal was killed in the end
Sick and twisted..hurting kids
Why is she screaming "my baaaabbbbyyyyyyy!!!" and not even attempting to do anything? Like wtf??
Which episode is this? I can't believe I haven't seen it.
why would you try and pick him up there, let him get away from the your undercover and box him in or do what undercovers are supposed to do and go long term building profiles on the network
Detective Benson was so young back then.
Look at Olivia standing there acting like she doesn’t love Tucker
NOW I see where the squad gets it from🤭
What season is this from
The guy that Elliot shot is Matt Mulhern. He was in Biloxi Blues and the TV show Major Dad.
Spoilers for how it ends? Netflix only has Seasons 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11.
No they do not
@@Miyaamiya1 It does here in the Philippines

Liquid cocaine, aka Mountain Dew.
Aka Red Bull
Equally horrible for a baby!
Tucker 😅😊one of liz best bf miss him in the show its not the same
Those glasses don't suit Christopher Meloni
This show, during the first four or five seasons, was one of the most realistic cop shows. I’m not talking about how true it is to police procedure, just the feel of it from a viewers perspective. I stopped watching after the plots started taking more outlandish turns.

So where can I get some of this baby formula? 🤔
just breastfeed the baby
not a lot of woman can produce breast milk or even enough for the baby.
Not every woman can produce (or produce enough) milk for the baby.
Educate yourself 😢
@jadarose9954 Not every woman *can* but every woman should try. It’s far superior to formula.
@@Sniperboy5551 Should a woman who underwent a radical double mastectomy try to breastfeed? Or a woman who is triggered by nursing because she was abused s*x#@lly or r@p&d? What about a woman on a medication that is incompatible with breastfeeding? What about foster or adoptive mothers? Or single fathers without access to a wet nurse or milk bank? What about a woman who is starving and simply can't produce milk due to severe malnutrition?
Before you or anyone else attacks me, I breastfed all of my kids, including a set of twins. I couldn't make enough milk to exclusively feed them, so I had to supplement with formula. I put a ridiculous amount of pressure on myself to exclusively nurse and I couldn't do it, regardless of what I tried to help increase my milk production. It made my postpartum mental health issues so much more intense and, in the end, it just added to my stress.
Formula is the closest thing that we have to breast milk. It's created to provide the same nutrition. It saves lives. Pressuring women to exclusively nurse and shaming them when they can't does no good to anyone.
