We ordered (standard coturnix) eggs online - ordered 30, and they sent us 36. I cracked one while unpacking.. so of the 35 we started with, 27 made it to lockdown.. and only 17 hatched. We do also have 3 adult hens and 1 adult roo. They do appear to be laying fertilized eggs, so like you, we wont order again. We're going to try to incubate our own eggs now that our 4 adults are laying fertile eggs consistently. Our 17 babies are 1.5 weeks old and are looking pretty interesting as they go through their "ugly teen" age. Once these babies are old enough, we plan to incubate their eggs, also. Its been so fun. I enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing!

Hi! We had to re-home our quail because we move to a new farm but I am actually getting new quail this week and just shot a new video on putting the finishing touches on building a new aviary so please check back bc more quail videos are coming :)
