She just had not died yet from the wounds.

Great movie. So glad you are reviewing it. The story is similar to an actual case that took place in Ohio where a doctor was accused of killing his wife. In the 1960s there was a weekly tv show The Fugitive, that ran for 4 years. The main character was Richard Kimble who evaded police while trying to prove he was innocent of killing his wife. Each episode had him running from Lieutenant Gerard who was convinced he was guilty. It was a great weekly show. This movie is based on the tv show. Thanks for reacting to this. 👏👏🥰

Dont feel bad that you didnt recognize him from Star Wars and Indiana Jones, you would not be the first reactors to make that make mistake. When I watched the first Indiana Jones film, and the scene came up where he was a school teacher , a lot of people in the audience including my friends I was with didnt catch this was the same guy from the first scene. Gerard was a real bad arse in that one too. The actor, Barry Morse that played Lt. Gerard said that people used to sling insults at him on the street and spit on him, he was so hated; talk about being typecast! LOL! If you can ever see the series, do so; David Janssen was a great actor. And, on this day in 1967, more than 78 million viewers tuned in to see Richard Kimble (David Janssen) square off with the "One-Armed Man" (Bill Raisch) on the series finale of the original version of drama The Fugitive on ABC. David Janssen played a great Richard Kimble. RIP David Janssen.
