El Yunque is amazing. My parents have a house that overlooks El Yunque. The views are spectacular and El Yunke itself, is amazing. I've been many time. I took my 1st steps ever al El Yunque. My grandma got too far away from me and I took off after her! LOL!

When we went on a cruise to PR our tour guide told us the best authentic food was found in Loiza and he was on point it was a shack but had a really fun time… Puerto Rico is a beautiful Island if you ever make it the other side like the area of Cabo Rojo it is amazingly beautiful!!!

I have to laugh about the black cat at the fort. I had a black cat and she was always flicking her tail like that. Sometimes you could pet her but other times she would whip around and try to bite. 😆
We did a "Fort" tour for both of them, I highly recommend having a tour guide if you are a big history fan.
El Morro Castle bathroom, at least the ladies room, has a open window view to the water. Bathroom break with a view lol

This tour is Awesome! We lived here in the early 1990's. Believe it or not, we worked for Wal-Mart and began building stores there. It was wonderful, the people on that island are so very proud and extremely welcoming. If anyone goes, ask the tour guide about 'Noche de San Juan, San Juan Bautista' And Parandas that last throughout the Christmas season that ends on Jan 6th, 3 Kings Day. So much to see and do in Puerto Rico. Including the Tropical Dry Forest as well as the Tropical Rain Forest. Amazing place, we are going back again in August

Is there a happy hour at red frog?
I don't believe so. The "happy hour" concept is usually connected to the Red Frog Pub, which Mardi Gras doesn't have. We didn't see anything at the Red Frog Tiki Bar other than the standard "drink of the day" specials.
