An idea with the "pin" that you picked up in Sitka .... a long time ago, I realized that "nick knacks" take up space and need dusting, so, I got a nice hand towel, put one end over a dowel rod, and hang it on the wall the way you would a scroll .... then when I travel I pick up pins wherever I go, and place them on the towel. My second towel is almost full. If I can't find a pin, I usually can find a key chain. I'll then take the key chain and pin it to the towel. Doesn't take up much space and doesn't need dusting, but, shows all the places I've been.
Ship is very beautiful. I always heard Alaska is very picturesque. I've seen photos from friends. You both look really good. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

I was thinking those are the cutest towel animals ever. I could see the ship rocking. I take Bonine as well. Wow; I'm surprised they did the show with the ship rocking like that! It looked really good, and I loved the costuming and dancing. The roast beef and ALL your supper selections looked yummy too. Thankee thankee! Since Mardi Gras, we did Serenade Of The Seas and Carnival Miracle to Alaska, then did Symphony Of The Seas, followed by a week on Carnival Pride, and right now, we're on Odyssey Of The Seas!! :D
Our Sitka day turned into a sea day on Nieuw Amsterdam this past week. Cruise that left today apparently is swapping Sitka for Skagway, so I’ve heard. Would rather have had that than a sea day. That was supposed to have been the highly between Juneau, Hoonah (which was a huge let down), Sitka and Ketchikan.
Great job with these videos! It can’t be easy to take time during your vacation to do these for us. I love seeing the Serenade. I cruise on that ship in a couple months. First time on RCL…can’t wait!
Love that little town of Sitka. I would be happy doing just what you two did, just walking around. I have never done an Alaskan cruise, mainly because of the cost of it. Love cruising, but my cruise got canceled that was to happen in Dec. to the Sounthern Caribbean. Boo Hoo!!!! R.C. is doing the same cruise in April, so I may try to go then. I am just a little too old to plan too far ahead now. I take one day at a time.

Last time we talked in Sitka with the cruise ship a couple years ago they docked way out of town and we had to bus in …the first time we docked right there next to the library in downtown ?can you tell me where the boat docked this year for you mr parodeejay?
I must find the big foot socks for my youngest son. His wrestling nickname was Sasquatch and he was awarded for the most body hair in 10th grade... ( Silly wrestling awards. It was eli morphed into teen wolf....)
Alaska looks great. Serenade of the Seas… not so much. Ship looks old and dated and the entertainment pretty lame. Trivia and napkin folding is not my idea of a good time, lol. Always enjoy your videos!
