- Once I reached $1M dollars per year, I thought I could slow down and enjoy my success, yet I found myself working harder than ever before.
I worked my butt off to become a top earner in my real estate and thought my life would get much easier. I was WAY WRONG! On paper, my life was amazing. Big house, fancy car, healthy bank account, and a family that loved and supported me.
Well... I was wrong! Inside... I was struggling. I couldn't really stop and smell the roses and enjoy what I worked so hard for.
I was stressed daily. I couldn't sleep at night. I put my family on the back burner because I always felt like I had to "work on this offer" or "negotiate this contract".
I stopped exercising and eating right as I used to in the past. I was exhausted in the morning and wasn't the person that I wanted to be when I looked back at myself in the mirror.
I decided to grow a team thinking I could finally step out of the business to bring me some leverage after 18 years but boy was I WRONG! Nothing was making a difference to help me get my TIME back! I was spending more time and more money spinning my wheels.
Outsiders looking in thought I had it all but my inner self was screaming to make a change. I was trying to avoid complete burnout at all costs.
Once I made the changes I describe in the video, things started to shift. Today, I have inner peace, and time back with my family. I lead with confidence, have an AMAZING team, awesome leadership that I enjoy working with, and most importantly, I'm having FUN again!
No matter what struggles you are going through, there is always a way out. It begins with mindset first and then applying the skills and training you need to get you out of your rut.

Incredible.... very inspiring. If you can do it, I can also do!! Look, I am always positive I never give up.... I know I have a mountain 3X higher than Himalayas as I ran out of money after more than a year without making a cent,,,,, I have faith in God and physical and mental strength to climb till I reach my goal.
