From chips and chocolate to pathetically filled croissants, our palates made stops mostly across Europe and Australia in this episode, eating each foreign treat beside the American equivalent and determining the superior flavor destination.
While we predominantly featured European snacks for this international taste test, be sure to let us know if you enjoyed it and we’ll try giving our taste buds more countries and cultures cuisines to react to.

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.

A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.
Balconi is a really popular brand in Europe. I live in Croatia (country nearby Italy) and our supermarkets are flooded with Blaconi's products. From waffers, swiss rolls, cookies, cakes.. you name it. So it's not a random brand, it's actually quite popular:). Just wanted to share this.

Those cereal are SO good and very common. They’ve become quite a bit expensive tho. It’s pronounced like “shock-a-pic” and they’re yummy 😋

Great video. I liked seeing you try international brands. Just a clarification Milka is a Swiss brand. Germany has a license to produce it. It may have been made in Germany but the recipe is Swiss. When you get the PO Box let me know and I will send you German products.

nobody in switzerland eats milka and theres only a smaller variety of products in switzerland
And chocapic by Nestlé is a swiss brand too.
Milka isn't a "good" brand in Switzerland, we prefer Cailler or Lindt, Milka is too much industrial, after all, milk choclate come from our country :)

I’m from the U.K. those Milka Choco Moos are my absolute favourite biscuits. I would have chosen Scottish 🏴 Shortbread over French for that comparison. It’s amazing from there. 😋Much love. ❣️

Italian here!! Balconi is a popular brand, but it usually does Kinder/Ferrer knock-offs. It's like the cheaper version of most ialian popular snacks. Loved the video as usual 💕
I am Italian but i live in Glasgow and yes, Mackies crisps are really famous here, they are so good, deffo one of my favourite!! as Italian, i can tell you that Balconi is not a popular brand, you can find it more abroad than in Italy! you should have checked "Mulino Bianco" for cakes/snacks, that is the best and more popular one as well! :)

I completely agree about the rye chips in Gardetto's! I always felt like they were what made the rest worthwhile

7days is from Greece. I am not greek but after the chipicao commercial and that one bake rolls commercial where cave man's draw a big stone with a hole and say something like "Pizza? pizza." it became really popular here in my country so you can buy them at any store. i was suprised finding out that theyre greek because i assumed that they were italian lol

Of course we know La Mère Poulard here in france ! This is like the best brand if you want buttery biscuit. The brand is named after a french cook in Mont St Michel (the little drawing on the left of the packaging) in france in the end of the 19th. Look it up on the internet if you want, it is really popular here :)
Ooooh I love this video. I haven't left a comment in a while, but I am watching, always watching (lol). You guys are doing great and the video quality is getting better and better, unbelievable. I love that you brought so many different goodies and I have to agree whole heartedly that Milka is way better than Hershey (sorry), however Ghirardelli is fantastic but only the caramel flavor... the others are good, but the caramel is the best from Ghirardelli. Going to visit Germany for Christmas this year and can't wait to eat all of the stuff!!! Please do more videos like this, especially because you have such a big international audience and people can relate to those products. ♡

So impressed with the research you did for this video! I was expecting a Kinder Bueno to show up somewhere in this video :) Japan also has some great snacks too (at least when I was there visiting) - they have a "chicago style pizza" flavored Cheetos, a "rich butter" flavored version of regular potato chips and some caramel corn chips that are very interesting. They also have some deep-fried mochi bites that are very popular. Another amazing video topic and execution!

As a European I was always jealous of the huge variety of sweets the USA gets :D Nowadays we have Import Snack Shops in every mall, so it's not so bad anymore and it's funny to see that you guys over there enjoy ours so much :)

Hi guys! Im from Hungary. We have something called Duna Kavics (Danube Pebbles) which is basically peanuts in colored sugar coating, its like peanut m&ms but with an interesting texture and flavor, i think you might like it! Also try a Sport Bar(cocoa-rum flavoured chocolate bar) and Túró Rudi(lemon-vanilla flavoured cottage cheese bar covered with dark chocolate - yep youve read it right) if you have a chance. These are quite the staple snacks here.

My favourite variety of tim tam is the raspberry and dark chocolate tim tam - so good! The double coat is a close second.
I did not expect you to eat that much of some of these products and I am kind of impressed? like y'all ate full portions of everything. I don't think I've seen people have those kinds of portions when tasting and rating different things

Awesome content. A heads-up tip regarding the Tim Tams. You're supposed to bite off each end and then sip your tea or milk through it (effectively a chocolate straw)!

That was a super fun video! As an American who's lived in Europe, I can say our snacks generally suck in comparison. However, I will stan Gardetto's snack mix, mostly the rye toast. Thankfully, they sell bags of just the rye toasts on their own.

You need to try the tim tam slam....its an aussie icon. Bite 2 corners of the timtam, and use it as as straw (yes it will work like a straw) with a hot milk of choice. Then eat the timtam when its all melted inside.....it will blow you minds.

When i was growing up, milka was considered very inferior to Cadbury. This was many years before Cadbury was owned by kraft.

La mère Poulard is the brand of the French shortbread you tried. It means the mother Poulard (Poulard being a last name). They have amazing shortbreads and other cookies..

The only thing i dislike about America's food is that most of the food or nearly entirely all of their food has an insane amount of artificial ingredients within them and it just puts me off massively!

Tim Tams are our Aussie favourite biscuits made from Arnotts. Tim Tams have many flavours ! ... Please do a Tim Tam challenge with all flavours ... But I think the original Tim Tam is the best.
A friend used to bring me Tim Tams from Australia 20-some years ago. Many flavors which I can't quite recall anymore. They were and are delicious, but lost a bit of their specialness once I started seeing them in US grocery stores. It's kind of fun when something is more difficult to acquire!

Balconi is not super popular in Italy (I'm Italian) but I have definetely heard it and tried some product of this brand... HOWEVER, I can assure you that almost nobody in Italy eats any sort of cake rolls whatsoever, I would say Girella at the maximum is the most popular (but it is chocolate and cream flavour). If u liked this one you'll be blown away by the much much better choices Italy's market has to offer!!! :)

I loved this video ! I think you should more like this 😊 And yes this is a brand ! My mom has a box which is just in front of me ! So funny 😂 she buys them at Lidl. We have the chocapic cereal here too they were one of my faves as a child so I loved having your thoughts on them. Also milka is famous here. Funny thing on the strawberry italian ones I saw them in stores I thought they looked SO cheap I never tried them and i was so shocked at your reaction I need to try them haha. Loved it !
