My grandmother taught me to wash the dishes during stressful family events. It allowed running water to wash away the bad energy, gave you "permission" to turn your back to everyone, and (in most cases) brought gratitude from the group.

Yes!!! This is refreshing! Too much the social media advice on tapping into and expressing feminine energy and a magnetic aura forgets that in everyday life we have to be careful not to atract unwanted attention from people who might try to harrass us or worse. Sometimes you gotta be careful the minute you step out of the house or into a party or festival setting.

Part of my inner work journey this year has been to truly listen to people and take an authentic interest when they talk. It has completely changed my life and I’ve attracted the BEST type of women friends into my life I never thought I’d find. That magnetic energy is so powerful.

@@lafemmesanspseudo7840 If you’re at a group event, try to find one person you feel you can connect with. Outside of group events, I’ve become selective with who I give my time to. Raise your standards and only surround yourself with people you can grow from.

I’m a firm believer in energy because I find that in myself dogs love me, kids love me and some men feel comfortable being vulnerable with me. I have this coworker/friend that I have a crush on that his energy is magnetic, some of my female coworkers are all over him, the kids love him (we both teach in the same after school music program) and the energy in the place that we teach at feels different when he’s not there; What drew me to this coworker/friend was his kindness (there are few kind men out there) and his willingness to help others, it also helps that he’s incredibly handsome (even though he doesn’t think he is).
When dogs/kids love you, that’s a good sign 🥰
My manager is loved by all women in my team despite the age but I know he is narcissistic as hell which made me always think 🧐 why others cannot see through him. He is handsome and nice not good. He keeps tabs on what he does for you and punishes for disobedience. He put a gentleman act. I question my reality and wonder if I am being delulu.

Believing that I have this natural energy that may by appealing to one and disgusting for others has been one of the most important elements of my healing journey. I grew up in a house that made me believe that being super nice and warm and vulnerable to everyone despite how they treat me, at some point of my adult life made a depressed, suicidal, totally lost in life being. Now I’m learning how to appreciate those who see and feel my magnetic energy more, and how to stop caring for those who doesn’t appreciate it. Difficult but worth it!

I don't comment much on people's videos but...you really hit it all on the nail! I love channels like your's because it's a safe space to me. Not many people are in touch with their energies; nor do they know how to fuel them or clean them. To be in (what feels like) a chat that discusses the things that remind me that I'm not crazy, just ahead, really give the best reassurance 😭 I'll be reapplying this aura that I let be dimmed down by another energy in my CZcams content again. One great eye opener: the reason why the people you like are not there with you, is because they are not meant for you. You have different energies. This video hit me with some really cool truth bombs I needed to hear! I have so much of the overthinking what others think in the situation and wanting everybody to like me because of trauma from childhood (not being liked by anyone). I'm much better today, and have lots of friends, but I still struggle the balance of being friends with colleagues where it feels more "real" and I miss feeling more grounded about it. This is stuff that can take a looong time to learn! Once I got some self esteem and started putting out Love Joy and Happiness, rather than fear, I started drawing in the same sort of people, and co-incidentally it acted as a force field against the evil /grumpy ones! :) It really does work.
I generally don't watch these kinds of videos because I feel like it makes you a different person and you try to fit in. But you really talked about inner authority and owning yourself, gotta love that.

Leave it to Jillz to put me in my place on a Sunday! I needed to hear all of this. I've learned over the last year to be my own best friend like you said and I love it. I do find myself with that wanting energy when I'm out and about hoping I'll meet my person. It's difficult to want something and believe it's coming but to also not need it at the same time. I think it takes authenticity, full on surrender with a side of not giving a f*@!#. I'm trying to get better at letting go of an outcome but it's not easy : )

It’s important for people who come from abusive homes - especially, with covert narcissistic mothers - to not allow this perspective to cause One to place others on a pedestal, because of what they may have to offer/teach.
I was taught to feel very incapable, growing up.
I didn’t have anyone to teach/guide me - so, I sought after it, on my own, from anyone I felt drawn to.
I do believe everyone has a gift to share - and that they come across my path, to support me in learning how to and becoming a better human being.
Though, because I was never taught the importance of discernment or my own value - it caused me to place a lot of people on a pedestal, because of the gifts I believed they had to share to help me learn how to be more capable and survive more effectively, whom had not earned such placement.
And I, often, felt (and feel) like I owed a person something - simply for spending time, with me; because I didn’t and often still don’t see/realize my own inherent value, outside of what I could do for someone.

Healing and do things that make you happy.
Live a life that also involves pleasure and fun.
So: safe inner state, really good care of ourselves, follow our passions.

Think about Taylor Swift and Angelina Jolie. Both magnetics in their own away.
You became the most magnetic when you embrace who you are, own it and lean to it.
It will polarize some people and attract the right ones.
Dont try to be magnetic. Just do the work.

Everything she said is so spot on in life! I’ve met people that made me feel these energies and I wondered why so many people just naturally gravitate to me and open up to me. Why people I don’t know trust me and and admit everything to me. I must have a powerful energy. I came out as being myself when I was younger when I felt so lost that I lost who I was. I forgot who o was and I didn’t even know what I liked. I spent so long trying to find out and now I know way better. I see a lot of people I know who are people pleasers and I tell them to be themselves and stop worrying about everyone !!

This video is very helpful and quite honestly i have been following everything you have mentioned but i would also like to let ya'll know that it is not necessary to feel magnetic everyday. There are days when i question my existence and not feel confident at all. Know that being magnetic is not a permanent feeling but it is something you can regain when you decide!

This is so on point especially about the men !!! Men don’t come up to me as much as my sister my sister is more of a chameleon and people love her. I attract more hate (for absolutely no reason) but I give off a reserved mysterious powerful vibe but inside i am sweeter than honey and warm to close friends and family that know me. I’ve attracted the most magnetic men that everyone wants but everyday lower vibrational men don’t approach me.

The part on how you might receive less attention from men oh god... I've been working on my attachment style, raising my standards and sticking to them, healing my past traumas etc... and my dating life has been so calm since then! But at the same time I've been convinced that I'm doing the right thing as I feel so much more in tune with myself, so much more empathetic and loving towards my whole being. These words just confirmed I'm on the right path!
