it'd be pretty controversial since the grass hides the players a bit and it also blocks you from fully hiding while ads, the lod change would also be pretty small so not much performance would be saved if anything they should change how the dwitch ver renders a lot of bushes/leaves as that's what i found to be a big problem to me as a switch player

The switch Originally ( in chapter 1 ) was Just Perfect 👌 But then chapter 2 kinda ruined it after the nexus war ( chapter 2 season 4 ) and then it was just as sh-tty for over 2 years until the chapter 4 launch I think its better then last season/whole chapter and i dont think they are the best either but compared to pain with the fps i think its great... I do want the old graphics back tho

Yes 30fps is too slow I installed Halo multiplayer and something felt wrong glitchy slow sluggish. I was like what is going on. So I look at the settings and it was on 30fps So I changed it to 60 fps min and 120 fps max and I have to say OMG lol. Overwatch on 30 fps is to slow I can’t be faster than the opponent he can see my movements.

This seasons map looks so much worse than last season’s. I miss it. That whole jungle section was gorgeous with ray tracing, and the grass draw distance seems to have been shortened weirdly on ps5 with the new season.
for anyone wondering, if u want ur fortnite graphics to load faster and be overall better. Play on the Doc, it's a higher resolution, and also make sure your fortnite is on console memory not the microSD card !! :)

With every update after that it started to go downhill, by the time season 8 came out it was borderline unplayable, it was a blurry, pixelated mess and stayed closer to 15fps most of the time. I was curious to see what it'd look like now, and damn, the graphics definitely took a hit, but I wonder if it runs any better.
I'd say that there should at least be some graphics Configuration on switch. Like Making shadows look a tad more Softer. It seemas like they are still trying to optimise the game on switch which is a welcome addition.
If it's any consolation prize, us Switch players don't have as great lighting effects as modern platforms, which is a good thing as normally dark areas are a bit more viewable on Nintendo Switch compared to more darkness on PS5 and Xbox.
