It's the fact that when you compare it to that, it doesn't seem worth the extra when they haven't given it the same differentiating visuals which you'd expect from a full "M Car" nowadays. A local tuner remaps M1/235s up to 405bhp. So for less bhp (granted the M2 will handle excellently) but you'd expect, when you look at the price difference, it'd at least have full "M" visual differences to the M235i. Not to mention the lack of bulging bonnet (although bit of a gimmick on the M3 now it's not a V8)

For the price I'll take a Shelby gt350. The new American muscle cars are drivers car. Something the M cars used to be and lost. I can say that about the European manufacturers except Porsche. Before I get bashed on I used to own a E46 M3 and couple months ago I bought a 2015 Mustang GT

I think I will buy a used Mustang GT in about 2 or 3 years at an incredible bargain as a second car. I am currently driving a 14 550i xdrive and it is an absolute rocket. A little floaty and biased for luxury but so far the trade-off's are awfully easy to live with. The torque is lustful and always on tap.
The drawings is absolutely beautiful at 1:36 so why do you fuck up the design like this... I don't understand why you make these choices for the design It's not a real ///M car anyway so It's doesn't matter
The LAST great "M" built was the E36 and maybe the E46. Sad to say BMW is NO LONGER the "Ultimate Driving Machine"! Their best models are behind them, truly SAD!

Disappointing exterior design. It looks more like a regular 2-series installed with eBay fake parts. lol. No M mirrors, ugly front and rear bumpers, no M signature front fenders? M235i have a much better look
