  • When a group of people practiced Mr. Gu’s T-cell Exercise online for one year, what changes did their body and mind have?

      Hypertension has several causes, but key point is finding it first.
      Due to different reasons, the exercises will be different

He said after checking that my hypertension and insomnia are associated with the heat of the liver meridian .. Fire in the liver and stagnation of liver Qi ... Unfortunately, acupuncture did not help much .. Thank you ..

    Hi Jonathan, i am having premature menopause without any detected reason at age of 38 .Now i am 41 but still struggling with hair thinning and loss,mood changes, depression.Iam in Australia and don't know what to do or which exercise to follow. Need your advice and can you make video specifically for premature menopause,

    您好我是多發性硬化症(MS)的患者(目前有吃免疫抑制劑),之前有照著您的影片做了3天之後,腳卻整個變更僵硬不好走,
    請問自體免疫系統的患者適合做嗎?
    還是需要隔幾天再做比較好?

      自體免疫系統的患者適合做T細胞操,當T細胞功能健全之後,辨識能力恢復,會引導其他的免疫細胞,所以不會胡亂攻打自己的神經髓鞘、器官組織…等等。
      顾老師的T細胞運動,是藉由運動來活化我們的胸腺,胸腺恢復正常, T細胞的功能就會回復正常。

    您好!我的女兒患有紅斑性狼瘡,他今年20歲,以醫治有四年左右的時間了,紅斑性狼瘡的活性一直控制的很好,但是尿蛋白卻一直沒有改善,醫生說腎功能正常但是尿蛋白一直維持在三價左右,以腎病有五期來說,女兒的狀況被判定為接近第五期,也就是所謂的末期,我們不太了解腎功能正常但是尿蛋白的指數卻接近末期,現在有吃藥治療中,紅斑性狼瘡是自體免疫力太強轉而攻擊自己,想請教女兒的紅斑性狼瘡主要是攻擊他的腎臟,是否也可以做這一個T細胞操改善他的尿蛋白狀況呢?

      因為是紅斑性狼瘡,屬於自體免疫系統的疾病。做T細胞運動改善自體免疫系統,所以不會胡亂地攻擊自己的細胞。

      谷小姐您好,謝謝您的訊息,你對女兒的愛表漏無遺。紅斑性狼瘡的疾病跟免疫系統很有關聯,不是因為免疫力太強大轉而攻擊自己的某些器官,而是因為免疫力裡面的T細胞喪失了辨識的能力,因此建議您女兒每天做兩次T細胞操,持續兩個禮拜後,驗血報告應該就會有明顯的改善。只要動作做對,免疫細胞攻擊腎臟的狀況就會立刻停止,效果應該是很快的。如果你女兒可以的話,建議加入台灣的T細胞群組,他們每天早上八點鐘線上用zoom一起做運動,每次半小時而已。
