Endocrine Series I: Tips for Migraine

  • Do you have frequent headaches? Migraines are like time bombs that make you worried and scared but unable to improve?
    In this episode of "Fang's Talk" , you will see after integrating ancient Taoist exercises with modern medical knowledge, it explains the migraine solution in plain and easy-to-understand language, and demonstrates movements and explains taboos.
    As long as understanding the two key steps, you will see the obvious results.
    1. Massage acupuncture points: Fengfu, Yamen and Fengchi points. At the same time, head is up to Baihui point, retract the chin slightly, lifts the head up, and clenches teeth.
    2. Pulling hair and clenching your teeth: Pull hair in wherever you feel pain, and when you pull up your hair, at the same time, clench your teeth.
    If you have serious illnesses, high blood pressure with cold hands and feet, or vascular sclerosis, please consult your doctor or Jonathan Fang , before assessing whether you are suitable for this exercise.

    A lot of information and exercises offered in the video. One really has to watch it again and again and do the exercises everyday to get the benefit. One question for Dr. Fang - Are these exercises good for seniors 60 and over who have no migraine or over weight problems? Or can you suggest certain part of the exercises that's good for the seniors? I like Jia Yin who can come up with thoughtful questions and of course Dr. Fang is an expertise in the Acupuncture and Taoist exercises. Job well done!!

      前兩天無端的出現眩暈症狀,經服藥後至天仍有20%的不適感。
      連續看著教學視頻4次跟著做後,有感在拉頭當下牽動背部深沉脊椎柱神經(感覺非常神奇),現在我頭暈症狀完全消失。

    谢谢方大夫教的方式。我的偏头痛通常是在我的眼睛里,感觉好像我的根在被拉,非常痛。痛通常到一个小时。不知道是否是endocrine imbalance造成的,不过吃了止痛药没有用。除了放松脖子,想请问一下有没有别的办法应付这种痛呢?谢谢!

    請問醫師,若無高血壓有偏頭痛,做這動作前,有要再注意的事或輔助的動作嗎?

      沒有高血壓的偏頭痛,非常適合做這個動作。頭痛剛發,或快要發的時候,輕輕的拉頭髮,不要拉太大力。是避免痙攣的地方更嚴重!所以開始要輕拉。慢慢再加重。
      平時沒有頭痛時,也可以拉頭髮,您會發現頭痛的頻率變少。這就是好轉現象

      拉頭髮主要是局部的強刺激,增加血液流量,才能讓糾結的神經結打開,沒有頭髮的人,可用指尖敲打,效果差一點,但總比沒有好。

      我不會手腳冰冷 每天從床上彈起的那一刻起就痛 所以早上還沒來得及吃早餐就得吃止痛藥 因為沒馬上止住 後面吃很多止痛藥都無法解決 醫生常要我去檢查 他認為可能有動脈瘤 但我一直拖著 平常睡眠時間不到4個半小時 生活上的壓力也很大 所以自己一直認為是這兩原因造成的 很幸運同事找到這個影片給我 我會試試影片中所提供的方法 很感謝您的關心

      為何不去好好的檢查呢? 早點發現原因,也能及早對症治療。如果只是考量短時間無法放下家裡有生活的重擔及壓力,而錯失了最佳治療時機。那將來對家庭的負擔變更沉重! 不是長遠之計。
