Greece To Cure “Childhood Illness” With F-16 Sale But None For Ukraine | Putin Vows To Destroy Jets

- Greece is planning radical changes to its armed forces, particularly its air force, which include the decommissioning and sale of its F-16 and Mirage 2000 fighter jets. According to Greek Defence Minister Nikos Dendias, the sale of the jets is part of “the largest reform programme in the history of the modern Greek state.” During an interview, Dendias said he wants “to prepare the Greek Armed Forces for the 21st century.” Dendias stated that to achieve the goal, renovation of the Hellenic Air Force is at the top of the list of priorities. According to Dendias, the current aircraft fleet is overloaded due to the large number of different types of aircraft and needs to be unified. Watch the video to find out more.

It sounds as if the F-16's Greece has aren't upgraded, so they wouldn't be that effective to Ukraine.
The few Greece has, Block 52 which would help are going to be upgraded and kept by Greece.
Ukraine is better off getting the F-16's from the Nordic countries which have been upgraded.

F-16 is a great dogfighter, but in the modern era of air fighting it stands no chance against 5th generation fighters. A Su-57 can detect and possibly destroy a f-16 from a hundred miles away.

Are you really that stupid? Ukraine don't need any F-22s. The F-22 is an air superiority fighter, a one trick pony only designed to fight other aircraft, and the Ukranians need multirole fighters for ground attacks. The russians don't even dare to fly their su-57s into Ukrainian airspace, because of their fear of it being exposed as a much less capable platform than their western counterparts as they have become painfully aware that the patriot system is even capable of downing their pride, khinzal "hypersonic" missile. It has become very obvious that russian made equipment is of lesser capability and quality than what the west is fielding, which is why russia has had no new sales contracts for their military equipment lately, even from countries that normally buy their junk, and the russians is even trying to buy back equipment they already sold to third parties to compensate for their insanely huge losses. As for the claimed downing of a pakistani F-16, showing pictures of the remains of a fired aim-120 missile is not evidence, and US officials claim all pak F-16s are accounted for/none lost, so please provide evidence.
