Fun thing is...if you listen for Militia dialogues - they all talking about how Arkham Knight helped them, I even remember how one of them told, that he was betrayed like Arkham Knight and he helped him.
So Jason Todd is actually took care about them.
What ive noticed when playing as Red Hood is that even though he kills, there's still a barrier so bodies cant fall. That's what i miss about Asylum, throwing people off of ledges.
I always pull the group of guys that heckle you after talking to Ivy into the pit with the Batclaw.
Don't worry, this was all just a surprise training exercise. He was giving them something new to expect.
Reminder... These were the Milita who hurted Barba, As Jason did told scarecrow that if any of the milita members hurt her, He'll Kill them...
And this was the Result..
It's a Anakin and Vader situation where they're essentially the same person but they count as two seperate entities
I like how one of the stealth takedowns is Jason shooting his gun

He looks Arkham Knight and think "Batman can't Defeat us, Commander is here" but..
